Being new to laser treatments I was a little nervous about the pain that would be associated and the treatment in general. Sofia made me feel really comfortable and walked me through the whole process. She checked in with me during the treatment to ensure I was comfortable and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far after a few sessions. Highly recommend Sofia and the rest of the team!

i have been going to Laser a clinics Australia for over 4 years now. They have no loyalty to their customers whatsoever. CHLOE at Laser Clinics HELENSVALE Gold Coast has been the worst experience I have ever had with the company- enough for me to never go back after years of seeing them. Apauling service. What a rip off- will only care about the money and not the customers who had been paying and seeing them for YEARS. I lost hundreds of dollars to the company today and they had no remorse whatsoever. CHLOE, the worker, was very happy to end the conversation instead of resolving it. I have spent thousands of dollars on this company over the years. Extremely dissapointing. Especially when I actually refer a lot of people to get laser done at your clinics. I will ensure i Let them know what you’re truely like now instead.

I have been treated by the wonderful and amazing Savannah at the Helensvale Clinic and I could not be more happy with her suggested treatment plan and the results I’m seeing!Previously I was a customer of Pure Indulgence for many many years but unfortunately some of their products irritated my skin and they always tried to sell me their products!Never happened with the products Savannah has been using and she never even suggested that I buy a certain “ must have ” product from their range!I will be a loyal client as long as she is in the Clinic!Thanks for an amazing service !Conny

My laser session here was honestly amazing in regards to results and service with the clinician Kristina. She talked me throughout the process checking on my comfortability as well helping me understand the processes she was doing!! As well as always friendly service!
