Q Ford Service

I'm a self employed courier from Gold Coast and need a service job that only Ford can do. The entire GC was fully booked, and Q Ford is the only nearest can do. But due to the large amount of vehicles being serviced, I was push back.I was ticked off at first, but Jared has been well explaining the unusual amount of vehicles, what happened to my Van and what needs to be fixed. They eventually delayed another 3 more days, but they understand that costs my business and extra time, they are will to write off $400 extra parts and labour as a good will.They are definitely looking after you and your vehicle. Even means that I'll travel heaps further from local dealership, I'd start coming here instead. Their service care of your cars are worth it!Thanks Q Ford

I put my car in for a service. It came back with low tyres pressure warning, less than 1/4 engine oil and a low water alarm on the dash. I sent it back again and they said the service was definitely completed, last time yet very low engin oil. They didn't fill it up or fix the tyres or water issue. Either they didn't do the service and lied or whom ever did it was incompetent. Don't use this company, they don't care for quality service.

A great team, very professional and helpful. Took the time to explain to me. They took the initiative to do a few additional things that needed to be done. I had a problem with my electric drivers window, the guy walked me through the remedial process over the phone... fantastic!!

I Hardly put low rating for services but A Massive warning dont bring your car here as they will take your money and not fixing your car probably or charge you and recommend you to change something in the car that they not able to do because they cant supply this part due to the age of the car as i exprinced today .... the staff name Jarred is a big lier and rude unprofessional with solving problomes .I highly advice Q Ford B to put Jarred away from dealing with customers or give him some training class in customer service & PR

Extremely unaccommodating in an urgent situation with no care at all. Simply shrugged off and dismisses.

Jarrod and his team looked after us yesterday and we couldn't be happier. The customer service here is 5 star, they do exactly what they say and really go out of their way to make things happen. By far the best servicing company we have had the pleasure of dealing with. Jarrod is an absolute credit to Q Ford. Well done guys

They were very helpful. On picking up my car at the end of the day they fixed something they could do during the day because they were 4 people short and swamped. Brilliant job and the car feels better to drive.

Edit to reply: The a/c was fixed and customer care regarding that matter wasn't pleasant.Still leaves the unsolved issue we have had for over a year and different answers given!We've had two services at this garage.Both times I've explained about the same problem. Both times the answer was the car is fine.Went back 2 weeks after the last service to be told that the car bangs underneath because two people drive the car and the car syncs with the main driver. So when another drives the car don't like it and it will make a bang. (Please explain? confused, never had this problem when hiring a car or with other Ford drivers i've spoken to).Took it back yesterday for additional check a month after the service. They said the diagnosis test is useless and don't pick up on problems so we go by guessing.On collection they said the fuel filters need changing as it has bad fuel in it and will cost $9k, to remove everythingand flush the bad fuel out. We get our fuel from Caltex and have proof of purchase through our app. This problem has been ongoing since last year. Bad fuel in car symptoms is completely different to what we've described.We also just looked at our recent service invoice that says the fuel lines etc were checked so why wasn't this picked up then, as we've had this problem over a year meaning two services had been checked since.Why are we getting different answers to the same problem? Why did your foreman mechanic say I'm not here to fault find when he's driven the car by both myself and husband and it happened both times with him in the car.To add leaving the garage yesterday 2 mins had to turn back as tge a/car wasn't working. The first response was, we didn't do anything and you will have to pay for it.This has been an exhausting unpleasent experience with Q ford.

Professional, friendly and good advice. Showed me my tyres needed changing after been to a tyre place said the tyres where ok so would not known as I expected tyre to know.
