Useless. It seems i had more of an understanding for automotive/engine parts and toyotas than the being behind the counter did. Told there was parts in stock over the phone and apparently they had nothing at all for “car older than like 10 years”. I had to search and provide part numbers for the bloke to attempt to find these parts i needed.In conclusion, don't waste your time.

Great service and timing. It was despite though parts dept not listening to me, getting the wrong part, fitting it and no overview, however, got the problem resolved quick smart and now all good. Well done team.

Car is serviced here. They are friendly & helpful. Price is typical for dealer service centre.They have free snacks & various hot drinks. Also, have usb charging points & little study places.

Reason for 3 stars, there was no complimentary car wash.Every dealer service I have taken my cars to(Nissan, Ford, Subaru),they have always provided a car wash after the service (just the outside)When we are paying top dollar for Toyota cars and services its the least that could be done.Also i called up during the service and asked about having my headlights adjusted. There was no mention of this when i picked up the car afterwards.

Overall, the service was up to the required standard from a technical perspective. The staff were pretty nice and helpful, answering any questions I had and informing me regularly on service progress whilst I was at home. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars was that the car was not given a quick vacuum clean or wash like what most service providers do.

Booked my car in for a late-night drop-off and service. The customer service I received from Mitch was excellent throughout the service process.There was a slight delay due to a part being superseded by Toyota, but I was made aware of this as soon as it came up and the slight delay was easy to work around. I also appreciated the fact that the techs were being so thorough with the car and favouring quality and thoroughness, over rushing through anything to get a job done quickly.Overall my experience here was great at all levels, and I will definitely be making this service center my usual spot going forward.
