5 star customer service. Found Marc at the Sutherland store to be extremely helpful replacing my tyre and rim. Could not recommend this business enough.

Not really that impressed. They did not put back our jack or spare tyre properly. Had I not checked it, the hack was bound to wear a hole in a wire that had become wrapped around it.I want to have liked the service. Had used them in the past and been happy. Just lack of obvious care on behalf of the mechanics.

The staff here were great, super helpful. I went in for a pink slip and they were very thorough and picked up on a number of issues that I had with my car - all that had been identified by another mechanic. They did a great job.

Mark and his team are extremely polite and the best customer service, I have come across. They took me through the process of what they would be doing with my punctured tyre, how they would go about fixing it. They are very reasonably priced and accommodated me on a late arrival. I will definitely be coming back and will definitely be recommending them.

My partner took his Audi there to have the timing belt done and water pump since he was told it was all in one kit. They broke plastic components under the bonnet doing the job and left him with water leaks that were found as soon as he got home! When confronted the guy denied they broke anything and tried to blame it on wear and tear. My partner said there was nothing wrong with the car when I brought it to u except for the timing belt!!"Update: 40

Avoid at all cost. They will try to rip you off when you go do your rego check. They tried to rip me off saying I need brand new wipers for rego on the phone and quoted me $30 for them or else they won't let me pass rego. I told them don't worry about it and when I got to the shop I told them to show me the problem and it turned out the wipers were fine and they had no choice but to pass the car for rego.Took mum's car back a few months later because of a cheap rego check promo I saw advertising ($25 instead of the usual $38). This time I deliberately checked the wipers before I headed in and they were pretty much like new as they were replaced within 3 months. Oh boy I should have seen that coming. This time I didn't receive a phone call at all even though I have told them to call me if there were anything going to cost me more (learnt from last time). On arrival they gave me a $65 bill and I was like SAY WHAT!?". Turned out this time they changed mum's car's wiper blades without telling me and charged them $40 for bloody wiper inserts...INSERTS! Of course when I asked them to show me the problem with the old wipers they said they've already tossed them in the bin. I immediately questioned the manager and confronted him about their dishonesty last time I've had with them. Without apologising he knew he stuffed up and only charged me cost price for the wiper inserts.Never ever going to go back to this place. Dishonest business is going to get you nowhere. Avoid!"

Shady merchants, avoid at all costs. Used to be okay before a change of management in the last year, we used to have all our cars serviced there. My husband took our car there to get a routine rego check done after going over all the particulars himself, confident it was roadworthy. They tried to sting us saying it needed new tyres even though they weren't at the wear indicators. He refused, said to leave the car as is and he will collect it. When he arrived with me to collect the car the manager became extremely hostile, refused to give us our keys back and pushed his way past my husband, then proceeded to start the ignition and turn the steering wheel and take photos of the front tyres with his phone. We were having none of this so got into the car quick smart and told him to get out of the way because we were leaving. I wish I could say that was the end of it - no more than 10 minutes later this d***head manager rings me and threatens that he will exact his revenge on us, that he knows where we live from the company database. We are not easily threatened and drove straight back so my husband could confront the manager on his threats. As with all bullies, the wind came out of his sails when actually face to face with his match and said he wouldn't do anything, but then threatened us that we needed to leave the premises or the police would be called, and claimed to be the owner - not true! We contacted the actual owner of the KarPro franchise and told him exactly what happened, and while at first he was diplomatically sympathetic to us, it ended up being more of an exercise in blame-shifting and backpedaling than any actual apology being offered. The owner actually tried to defend this guy's actions in the end!Long story short the car passed rego without any additional work or parts required when we went next door to their competitor and we haven't been back there since. I'm posting this review about a year after it happened, since I just learned these d***heads burned my neighbour on a routine service and wrecked his engine - an oil/oil filter change on a perfectly driveable car turned into a completely seized engine which needed to be towed, and an $800+ bill. Unbelievable. I just wish I'd had this conversation with him before this happened so he could avoid the heartache. Avoid at all costs. Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy.

The new management is making a huge difference.When I took my car in to be serviced they explained clearly what needed to be done any why, even showed me the parts that had been replaced.Good to have a local trustworthy mechanic.
