I am so grateful I found Sam. I book in with her once every 1-2 months for Reflexology and/or Remedial Massage to manage muscle tension, mental distress/anxiety, and inflammation. My sessions with her have become an integral part of my self care, & help to keep my mental, physical and spiritual health in balance. She is highly intuitive, and I always feel safe and supported by her. After a session, I often feel like a literal weight has been lifted off me & feel as though I've been shifted into a state of peace and relief. Sam is THE person to see to help you manage your health.

Very knowledgeable remedial therapist. My confidence in Sam is furthered by the fact that she maintains her own professional development. Working with me as a client she is interactive, seeks feedback about the impact of bodywork on me, assesses before and after as well as offers suggestions for how I can contribute to my self-management. I have become a regular to maintain my health as much as get help with a new health issue. BTW, treatments are successful in eliminating my pain within a couple of sessions.

I have been seeing Samantha for a few weeks now and have noticed the changes in my body. Samantha has the hands of a goddess. She works magic. My body hasn’t been this this relaxed for ages. I highly recommend seeing Samantha as she can handle whatever you have a problem with. I will continue to use her services.

Cannot recommend Sam enough! I have been a client of Sam's for over 3 years. Each treatment is tailored to what I need each time & Sam explains why/how certain things happen. I always do Sam's recommendations of exercises to relieve pain, aid healing & prevent further issues & I see great results every time. My body has been through some big changes and Sam has helped me every step of the way. My treatments now are about maintenace and relaxation rather than 'fix me please'. I admire Sam for always furthering her knowledge and skills. Thank you Sam for actually caring & going the extra mile to help your clients individual needs!
