I saw sunboost add and checked their reviews before requesting a call back. I had my order placed after paying little deposit and submitting paperwork. I had my installation date given within a week. Rachael, called me further information and about week before installation to run through things again. She took her time to ensure I am comfortable with the process and answered all my questions. Installers arrived around 6 in the morning. Greg, the team leader discussed with me the best location for the inverter and location for the panels. Guys did not stop for the next 3 hours. After completion, they cleaned after themselves. They managed not to break any tiles also. My overall experience with sunboost was great. The panels are of a good quality and I can monitor my inverter online and on my mobile.

Awesome service! Great value! I have now purchased and had installed 2 x 6.6 kw systems at my house and am super impressed!Highly recommend!The install guys were awesome and went over and above. They removed 2 wirly bird from the roof on the shed and repaired the holes they left. No complaining and didn't try to charge extra. They also replaced broken tiles on the roof on the house for my second system. Avoid this company at all costs. There is no communication between sales, sub-contractors and management. Continued excuses, promises and escalations - all the same scripted responses and zero accountability. I wish I could leave no stars.

Very happy with my new solar system. The price was fantastic, the installation was complete in about 3 weeks and the entire process was straight forward.The only negative I have is the quotes are done via aerial imaging, and not an on site inspection, with the installer deciding on install day the best configuration for you.

Excellent service provided. Excellent installers. 6.5Kw installed in 3hrs. Very happy with the job.

I have bought two systems from them. On both occasions they were easy to deal with and performed well. The systems themselves are impressive with my North facing 6KW set-up giving 3.6KW per hour (2.30pm) on an overcast rainy day. But Here is why I am really impressed: I sent an email on Sunday afternoon saying that my roof had a leak following the installation. They rang me on Monday morning, confirmed the problem and sent an installer to fix the roof which was fixed by 11.30 am. on the same day. Great products, excellent service!

They sent out the installation team on to remove the old panels on October 11th. They sent out the installation team without the correct parts a few days later. I was told by Lauren that they would be out to install the new panels at the end of October. That didn’t happen. She then said end of November. That hasn’t happened. Now I’m being told it’ll be “soon.” We have paid in full and now with no panels we’re paying full electricity price. This has to be the most unorganised and worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I’m concerned that because we have paid in full they have just neglected our job completely. The installation team who are contractors have reached out and explained that they felt bad but couldn’t do anything until the right parts were ordered. Lauren has refused to acknowledge my request for a discount at the least. I’ve requested a response for this multiple times with no acknowledgment at all. I would not recommend given our very poor experience so far.

I have been very happy with the prompt service from Sunboost. It was only two weeks from the initial phone call to installation of the solar panels on my roof.I was surprised and welcomed the follow up phone calls to ensure all was progressing well and tasks completed.The installation was attended by two amazing young men who diligently worked hard all day on my challenging roof which has a steep incline. My old terracotta tiled roof presented another challenge and they took great care with these.I am very satisfied with the whole process and can say that Fiona, Lauren and especially Rex with whom I spoke to more frequently, deserve 5 stars, as do the wonderful installers.

Very unhappy with this company.A number of actions by the company have encompassed the reason for this review.First off before we moved into new home made the decision to get a solar system. Contacted sunboost told them the new address and roughly when we were ready to get installed.Moved into the new house and were ready to get things going. Sunboost had the wrong connection address despite being told multiple times the new address. Explained to them that they should probably come out and have a look before sending installer. We were told no need we have an aerial shot.Installer finally arrived to do the work after months of waiting and Sunboost having the money in their account. Installer couldn't do the work as the system didn't fit, he then couldn't come back until after new year to complete.We finally managed to get another installer through Sunboost but had no communication about him not attending, we had to chase this up.Asked for a refund due to the mucking around, we were told that they don't have to do a refund and the best they could do was a reduction on cost. This is a lie and they are definitely in breach of consumer practices on this.My partner and I both requested a refund, staff constantly called. Almost to the point of harrasment to stop us refunding.The salesman laughed at me when I told him I had to take a day off work for a solar installer who never turned up and never called.Disgusting company will never deal with again. It's a call centre with sale people and no expertise.

I’m glad we ended up going with another provider and not moving forward with Sunboost. ‘Joe’ the salesman is so incredibly pushy, will ring you multiple times and just unpleasant in his approach. Made me feel super uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it’s an overseas customer service team but ‘Lauren’ wasn’t too much helpful either.
