Absolutely appalling rudeness!!!! Booked in company vehicle. Did not get past reception. I left, there is no need to speak to people like that or be that rude!!!! Whatever you do don't speak to the service manager, you can see where staff get their customer service training from.

Super helpful and friendly guys. My car was completed on time and washed. They kindly called me a taxi so I could head out however there is a guest lounge with tea and coffee.I was even given a roadside voucher. Happily recommend to all and a shout out for great service.

The actual salesman who sold me my car was an absolute see you next Tuesday, but to the other guy, top salesman, couldn’t fault him. Engaging, supportive, humorous, doesn’t take things personally and saved the sale for the other guy.

I was looking at purchasing a vehicle privately that had been serviced here, so asked Motors if there was any unresolved/outstanding items identified on the last service, to which they responded one minor issue. after purchasing the vehicle and servicing elsewhere, about $3k of work was required. I then obtained a copy of the last service from Motors and all issues had been identified by Motors, and not passed on to me. they are either incompetent at reading their own service reports, or dishonest.
