Technician arrived right on time. He was a very lovely, professional and friendly guy. Great asset to this company.

Detector Inspector has failed me so many times! Most recently being a struggle to get my alarms fixed. They keep screaming at me in the middle of the night multiple times.When the inspector comes out, they vacuum them and say “all good”. But then go off again the next day.They have sent someone out twice in the same week to do the same job and the second guy was shocked to hear someone came out to do that exact job 2 days before. They don’t communicate with the staff.Leading up to this, I’ve taken many days of work to be at home whilst they do there routine checks and just never turn up. Multiple times in a row.This company is absolutely shocking. And according to many other people in my community we all have the same problem.Do not recommend.

Came into my home without permission just because “the real estate gave them keys and permission”. Erm… no, that’s not how it works. The real estate give you keys yes, but you still have to get MY permission and book in a convenient time with me! It’s my home whether I’m an owner or renter. I even contacted them saying I don’t give permission for you to come at this time and that you will have to rebook another time with me. They showed up anyway, accessed my home without me present (which I’m not comfortable with) and left a card on the side. My husband called to make a complaint. They tried to blame real estate when it literally have nothing to do with the real estate, it is the companies responsibility to access property legally. They said they would call back and they never did. Absolute violation of my rights and privacy. This is essentially breaking and entering.

Not a review of their products/services, they haven’t shown up since December and I’m pretty sure having no smoke alarms is illegal. They’ve made half a dozen appointments though, so maybe that counts for something?

Had a great experience with them and with the workman. He was really keen to help and thorough in his job.

This company is very friendly, and at the same time professional and carry out work to a high standard. I highly recommend their services, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Utterly incapable of keeping appointments. Call centre is in the Philippines and useless and abusive. I'd rate zero stars if I could.

I found the young man to be a very well spoken well mannered and extremely knowledgeable. You have a very good tradesman working for you hang on to him as he is an absolute asset to your company

The man that came to my house was polite, well spoken, well mannered and just very friendly. My toddler sometimes gets upset with workmen entering our home but she was at ease. He was calm and did his job effortlessly. Highly recommend Detector Inspectors Queensland. (Gympie)
