Recentre - Sports & Remedial Massage, Infrared Sauna, Ice baths & Compression therapy

I woke up with severe pain in my lower back on Sunday morning and Luciano provided amazing treatment the same day. I was able to work on Monday with no issues.Excellent therapist, excellent facilities. Highly recommend

I tweaked my neck and back doing something foolish and have had chronic issues in that area for a while. One session with Aldrick and my range of motion was increased 10 fold. Simply amazing! The ReCentre studio is clean and modern and has top notch equipment and services. My wife especially loved the ice bath. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been going to Recentre for a number of years now! It all started with a gift voucher from my work as they know I’ve got back and stress issues. Cency impressed me from the moment I walked in with her knowledge and the way she observed the way I walked and how broken my body was! That was over 4 years ago. Since then, my wife, my mother and my brother have also started going to Recentre, all of which suffer from back injuries and pain.Over the years I’ve never experienced such great service, advice, or treatments as I have at Recentre, so much so that since moving to Qld I book in a massage when I visit Sydney. I can’t recommend Recentre or their team enough!

Woke up with a terribly painful neck. Got worse over the coming days. Was suffering. Found my way to Recentre via Google - very glad I did! Luciano took me through dry needling, proper remedial and cupping. Back to the gym 24 hours later. Even followed up to see how I was feeling two days later and sent some stretches through. Legendary service.

Recentre has such a great team of therapists and they are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and skilled. I visit frequently for back pain and shoulder pain related to my work and always leave feeling amazing with better range of motion. Chris is great and really experienced, would highly recommend!!

I have been attending re centre consistently for over 6 months now twice a week on the membership program for the sauna and ice baths and I couldn’t recommend it enough!!! It’s perfect to reset your headspace and let your body recover after workouts. There is nothing like this place on the beaches and it’s great value for money as well. I’ve also had the remedial massages a few times and they have helped with my pain immensely. Along with the remedial massages, I have been provided with great advice and exercises to help with my back pain which has been very helpful. Aldrick and his team are as good as they get!

Aldrick and his team are second to none in my opinion. They take a genuine interest in their customers needs and wellbeing.My sessions at Recentre have resulted in a material improvement in mobility and the ability to participate in the sports I love.

Aldrich is amazing. I’ve been in constant pain for a large period of my adult life due to spinal fusion. Im still active but have struggled recently with mobility. After just two sessions I’ve been in less pain and am more mobile. I’ve booked monthly sessions to improve more and stay on top of things.

Best place in Sydney for anything recovery related! Ice baths are honestly the greatest thing I’ve ever experienced and it makes any sort of work related pain disappear. That on top of a remedial massage, infrared sauna and compression boots and you leave feeling amazing!Absolutely recommend to anyone!
