Bus training instructor was horrible in giving instruction to new driver. Once caused accident, they will drive away and cannot be bothered to stop the bus. Besides, delayed for almost 2 weeks in giving the insurance claim number. When called them, the staff was rude and hanged the call. Bad service and working attitudes.

I went on a bus tour up the Yarra Valley. Beautiful winter day. Bus was late due to being put on an earlier job despite driver telling them this job was pre booked. That was ok.Bus driver very polite and a good driver.Got on bus and found seats up the back, sat down and found a huge sticker on outside of window saying it was a Ventura Bus totally obscuring my eye level vision. Very disappointing especially as they could have put sticker lower. I am usually happy sitting in the back of the bus.

Great company to work for. Amazing management and staff.Ventura in forefront of Charter and Public transport in Victoria being the largest bus company !!

Lost my phone and my location device showed it was there. I got in touch and they offered help immediately and i got back my phone within hours.

Ventura bus lines need to wake up,This company provides racist work environment,I hope some one reads this, after applied here for two weeks I have decided to leave this comment, please don’t work here, guy who takes the tests has no compassion towards another people, Ventura bus lines I found very racist, no process how to become a driver, 50 people lining up for interviews, I felt you just going to be another number, worst worst interview than driving test took 10 mins how can you judge some ones driving in 10 mins I was offered a role to drive a bus but left ,due to safety of their buses. Buses don’t feel safe to drive, I don’t wanna have this on my Conscious, I think company like this should get awarded for next contract due to lack to compassion towards people, I will he making a Facebook page, I will try to reach and bring this to awareness time premier of Victoria, hope some one reads thisPlease help me share this, If you are customer catching Ventura bus please don’t hop in, please consider your safety and your loved ones, please help me share this to Transport minister, so they can audit the buses

I recently lost my bag on the bus, (of course my own fault), but rang up lost property on Ventura and they still haven't called back. I actually called the PTV first to see if they could contact the bus driver as I knew exactly which bus it was on then they transferred me to Ventura, but there was noone to talk to just had to leave a message. As it was I got the bag back myself I waited for the 549 bus to come back to where I got off. Luckily it was the same bus driver and bus so my bag was still there, but not before someone had taken my debit cards out of my wallet. But really I got absolutely no help from the bus line and would have still been waiting for my bag if I hadn't got it myself.
