Professional service, attention to detail and great communication! Very pleasant to deal with.Booking an appointment was easy. Clint rang approximately 1 hr prior to arriving, repaired my bathroom heat lamp, did a comprehensive check and made some recommendations on how to look after the unit. Cleaned up at the end of the job too.Highly recommended!

I took my washing machine in to be fixed in July. Dealt with a really nice bloke. Told him no rush.After 3 months and no word, I popped into the store to see what was happening. Obviously Covid had slowed things down so I was very understanding. After 4 months, I call them and find it hasn't even been looked at yet and they will call me back tomorrow with an update. More weeks go by and still nothing, so I call again and the same theme plays out.Finally after 6 months of waiting and still hearing nothing back I call them and am informed it will be $550 to fix and this does not include the $70 I paid for them to have a look at it in the first place.I could pay the money or they will dispose of it for me. I might as well buy a new washing machine.Not impressed with these guys at all.

Recommendish. Impressed with qualified staff. I was only chasing a medium voltage fuse and Nathan spent over 1/2 hr reading the appropriate circuit diagram, manuals, making phone calls and also gave me valuable safety advice. The next day he checked a photo I'd brought in and confirmed a query I had re fuse connection points. So I was spared money, time and angst. But it turned out I needed to get repairs done. Spoke to secretary. She promised lots, but never did follow up on a simple confirmation. This cost money, time and angst. So gladly paid hundreds to another repairer. And the fuse - it was ditched to allow for the genuine article. Strange old world.

Just had service completed by Tom's Appliances. The appointment was set for Friday morning - we all know what that can mean. But Tom's came promptly and quickly ID'd the problem, which required different people. I though for sure my nightmare was just beginning. But no - Tom's quickly had the required people on site. However, then it was an issue of needing a part. Oh no - here we go" I thought. Again

The only redeeming quality about this place is the fact that it is reasonably priced. Originally I was told it would take 1-1.5 weeks to fix my item. Then I called 1.5 weeks later and was told it would be 1.5 to 2 weeks. Then I called back at 2 weeks and was told it was “on the priority list and would be done by the end of that week”. Then it wasn’t and I was told the wait time was actually 4-6 weeks for any item dropped off. All through this I never got “I’m really sorry” or any form of basic customer service. If you want something fixed quickly or even in a reasonable amount of time, go elsewhere. If you don’t care when you get the item back and aren’t that interested in having a good customer service experience then be my guest. Won’t be back.

Chris came over today to fix a possible gas leak and loose oven cooktop knob, and I cannot speak highly enough about his professionalism, work ethic and craftsmanship. 5+ stars. Excellent!

The service was absolutely amazing !!!! Nathan was so efficient and was super helpful.He took the time to explained and showed me how the machine worked and make sure that everything was okay before he left. I've ordered a new washing machine and a vacuum cleaner the products was delivered and installed within 2 days. I would highly recommend this local small business.
