Extremely disappointed after driving 1.5 hours to test drive a vehicle where I had made an appointment only to be told that this car was already out being test driven by another potential buyer. These people purchased the car while I was waiting to take it for a drive so I wasted another 30 minutes and another 1.5 hours to drive home.A waste of a day and sales people there unhelpfully suggested I should have paid a holding deposit. I called them to say I was on my way this morning and at no time was I asked for a deposit which I would have happily paidVery unethical behaviour on their part and a serious lack of responsibility taken for messing me around.A very very unhappy potential customer

Excellent customer service. The dealership went out of their way to help us with our car trouble when we were travelling through from Sydney. They were so friendly and accomodating and even let our dogs wait in the air conditioned showroom while we waited.

Super hot show rooms. Very unpleasant on a warm day. Staff were nice enough, but knew very little about their own products. Hyundai dealer section was devoid of anyone.
