Dan from Monaro Energy helped us out of tight situation.. Our old solar system had failed us in a highly remote off-grid location. He was friendly, knowledgable, & very good with our questions. His work is of a high standard, with particular attention to detail. He's honest & goes the extra mile. I have already passed on his details to some friends, & look forward to future upgrades!

I highly recommend Monaro Energy. They are reliable, knowledgeable and efficient, and such a pleasure to deal with. Mine was a fairly small job in an older house but I couldn’t have been happier, and I would definitely call them again if needed. Dan Frank installed a solar panel array on my roof in Jindabyne this month (Feb 2019). Dan is very generous with his time and technical knowledge, helping us to make the right decision with our existing off-grid system, and coordinating upgrade concepts for the future. While it wasn't the best income generating outcome for Dan and Monaro Energy in the short term, the comfort and honesty he showed with us through the decision making progress has ensured he has our business long term. Absolutely the go-to business for Solar in the region.

I can't recommend Dan and the team from Monaro Energy highly enough. Dan was very patient and tailored our solar panel system to meet our exact needs. He answered our many many questions and they did a great, professional job of the installation. From the moment Dan came out to assess our site, through to talking about all possible options (every one accurately quoted), we were comfortable with all our dealings with them. I recommend getting Dan and the Monaro Energy team to anyone in the Snowy-Monaro wanting solar energy.

What can I say. Fantastic service, fast response, thorough and professional. Our technician Dan clearly explained all the options and gave us his recommendations which system we should choose. We couldn't be happier with the system we went with. Any teething problems Dan was either on the phone or in person assisting us to sort it out. Could not recommend more highly. We are lucky to have such a great service provider such as this in a rural area.
