Poor customer service, unprofessional and hired out skins with old glue and was difficult with agreed return conditions that were discussed prior to renting. Will never use these guys again

Backcountry specialist with some serious experience behind the counter, Telimark & cross country skis and gear Snowshoes and all the gear to go with them, friendly staff, long term family business, shop in Jindabyne at Nuggets Crossing and also Perisher Valley.

Went to purchase some skis marked at $199. The price marked described the skis exactly, Salomon Grip 6. Went to pay and was told sorry that price must be wrong they should be $399 but well discount them for you $320!Or how about the models as demos, so $399 + bindings + mounting, less 20% so $450 for used versions. OMG! They have to be kidding! Lost my custom!

Danielle, Bruce and team kindly accommodated my last minute request to join a snow shoe introductory tour on a beautiful day at Perisher, and it was fantastic! I would like to try a longer walk next time I visit. Thanks particularly to Danielle for her patient, helpful and enthusiastic guidance. A different experience to skiing, but still a good workout. See you again!

My husband and I wanted to learn Nordic skiing for the first time. Everyone at Wilderness Perisher are incredibly helpful Roz,Sasha, Veronica and Indy. We hired the full ski hire package for 12 days. Such great value and service. Indy gave us 3 private lessons. It was the best idea as we learnt heaps. Indy progressively gave us skills to practise and build upon and built our confidence. The private lessons are excellent value. We’ve enjoyed our experience hugely and hope to be back again next year and bring others with us. Thank you!

Very friendly service, Ros was a wonderful teacher, helped us out so much (beginner and intermediate level xcountry)! Definitely would recommend if you're new to xcountry or just need to learn a bit better technique and/or more advanced techniques.
