Peninsula Laundries Margate

We use this, or the other peninsula laundries around the area once a week. Machine are always in working order and the store front is very clean. The owner Nick is also very helpful should you have any issues or enquiries

Everything you need in a self-serve laundry. Clothes got clean. Change machine wasn't working for me but all the machines are tap-enabled.

My dealings with this business have been appalling to say the least. The staff are extremely arrogant and rude, the facilities are dirty, noisy, smelly, poor service. Stay away an go elsewhere!!!!!

Being on holiday from the UK needed to find a good laundry to keep our clothes clean. This is a brilliant laundry open early am with plenty of machines and dryers. Takes 2 and 1 dollar coins or credit cards. Laundry was clean as well.

I accidentally paid for a machine that was out of order and one of my drawstrings got stuck inside the dryer. The lady I spoke with was really nice and reassured me that she would process the refund and keep the drawstring aside for me. She organised to meet me at the laundromat that day to retrieve the drawstring.Once I arrived at the laundromat she then ignored my calls for the 2 hours I sat there waiting for her to arrive, I still have not received a refund and I’m now been told that the drawstring doesn’t exist? (Off a expensive guess jumper, it’s bright red!!))) I sat there waiting for her and she threw it out anyway and stole my money. Wow just wow.

If you have any problems or concerns thay don't answer the phone. The main issue is the chance machine taking your notes and not issuing coins also machines are not always clean

Owner/manager friendly and help full. Not like most places get all they can from u.told me to keep filling machine till full. Others haven't said a word.

VERY expensive. paid $7 for a 23mins hot cycle. A wash and dry at Burpengary or Deception Bay would cost $10 and their wash cycles are 30 to 35mins, with you guys it cost me $20 and I still had to leave with my towels half dry, cause I ran out of change. I put $6 into your dryer and got 25mins instead of 30mins - so I lost another dollar there.... For the amount you are charging you really should be cleaning out the hoppers as well, they're full of gunk. First and Last time I go into your business.

This laundromat is good value. The staff are lovely. The facility is always very clean and there is a power point for patrons so no flat phone. A bench is provided for folding and there is seating outside.
