Excellent! We love David the Vet! Great spacious u undercover outdoor waiting areas too. Practice manager is professional. Great job to the nurses.

Easy wheelchair access, lots of room in the waiting area good to keep nervous puppets or kitties away from others and staff friendly and happy to share info and answer all questions they can. Also offer pet clipping services although haven't needed to use that yet.

Thank you Dr Dave uou saved my Dogs life with your wealth of knowledge and caring manner you halped me with my dog every step of the way. You explained everything.It is so refreshing to go to a vet that cares about my Dog, my budget and has such a wide range of knowledge.It was great to know my dog was in such fantastic , caring, gentle hands.Thank you again i would recomment this vet to everyone.Margaret

Cannot thank Dr Randall enough after my Staffy was bitten by a Brown snake Yday rang the hospital emergency number as it was after hours . I couldn’t recommend them highly enough she is well and home now 10/10

Had emergency with my dog today. Rang East Bundaberg Bargara, my local vet, who sent me to their Practice in East Bundaberg.Dr Randall and his staff were very caring, thorough, knowledgeable and gentle with my girl. Fingers crossed all goes well. Thank you all.

Very rough handling of my cat after I let them know she was anxious. Held her in the air by the scruff of her neck to give tablets instead of letting me hold her. Vet was unfriendly and acted like he didn’t want to be there. Didn’t listen to me when I tried to explain her medical history. Nurses were warm and helpful.
