Indian Beauty Lounge

I recently visited Indian Beauty Lounge with my daughter on my wife’s recommendation because she is regular customer of your salon and I was disappointed with the experience I received. I was asked to come back next day for not having appointment while another customer who walked in after me got the service even though she didn’t had the appointment. I feel that I was treated unfairly compared to other customers so I am writing this review to express chagrin and to request that you take steps to address this issue.

Firstly, the price is reasonable and affordable. However, the salon is very unhygienic and disorganized.I did waxing, and they left wax on my whole body. Pedicure - dry skin wasn't removed, and my legs don't look pedicured. Plus, they didn't even ask if I wanted nail polish.The hair color was a mishap. Half of the grey hair strands look untouched.If you want to save money, it's a shop to go to. If you want good service, this is the shop to avoid. They run the shop mostly with students and others who are not professionals - the reason the quality is terrible.

Very cheap and reliable eyebrow threading. I was assisted by Priya very friendly and comforting. I got my brows done for the first time, she is superstar.

Did keratin treatment here for the first time and am fully satisfied..my frizzy hair turned smooth and straight,layer cut gave me a modern look..also took facial here which I hope to get a glow tomorrow..thanks Yasmin for your service..

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. This place is highly unprofessional. The lady didn't know how to wax at all, the method was ridiculous and she left wax all over me, despite asking her to remove the wax she kept on rubbing more oil on me. The wax burnt my skin and this morning I even discovered patches of hair that she didn't remove. I saw the terrible service and refused to get my threading done. Please read the reviews and save your skin and money

I used to go there for full face wax. Normally they work on time. I had my appointment around 5.00pm. When I went there two more customers were inside. Two beauticians were there. One girl and one woman. (Sorry I dont know their names.) Then woman came and told me they have customers now. I told her that I have an appointment . She was telling me the appointment made by her boss. But it was not my fault . Then woman told me she can wax my full face only small area of cheeks , becauseI have pimples . I used to have pimples before and now have marks . Because I am waxing ages, I told her can take the responsibility . Then I was waiting there, I told them I dont want to pay for parking anymore , can I park my car in there customer parking . Then they opened customer parking for me. Around 5.30 still they were with the other customer . Then when Iasked how long will it take they told me half an hour or 20 mins. Then I asked them to car park because I want to leave. Then woman came for waxing . She told me she cant do threding, only wax, other one will do threding . When I asked she told she is beauty therapist and hair dresser but cant do threading . When she finished the other one came and did my threading , but I cant trust them like before.

I visited for threading n one ur staff priya is such a amazing person she is doing her job so gently.. Her hand is so smooth n professional also.. I love my eyebrows n shaping also.. Thank u so much
