Where do you start,Spend 3k on a garage door , for them to install it will multiple large scratches on the front panels. Would you not pick this up when installing it and choose not to finish the install. It wasn’t until I said “not happy with the quality of the work “ they removed the panels and re installed a later time. Then they re-installed the panel and it does not fit correctly and bows in and out with the heat . I sent another email about what can be done about this and the response was nothing , or glue it in place .. in which they never returned or come out to fix it . Nothing . So very dodgy. 12 months into having the door it needs a “service” . I watch a guy push two buttons and paid $143.00 for .. hmmm service much ??? Don’t waste your time or money on this company

The service on my B&D panel door consisted of a 30 minute visit which included replacing 2 lifting cables. The service was efficient but the $255 price tag is out of touch with reality, and what was actually done. I complained but D&K believes they are justified charging over $500/hr.

D&K fixed our problem door that wasn't installed correctly by another installer a couple of years before. D&K replaced a broken part, re- aligned tracks and serviced our large panel lift door. A genuine great work ethic, polite, honest and reliable. Job didn't take as long as quoted so we weren't charged as much! Can't recommend them enough.

Wow, these guys were really helpful ! I needed a replacement spring for my tilt garage door asap, and they were so friendly! I called them prior to check that they had what I needed and I just rocked on in and picked it up no hassle at all. All the staff were amazing! Need more humble, down to earth companies like this one !

A very disappointing experience last week. One of our garage door springs broke on the Monday evening so I called on Tuesday to arrange for a replacement to be fitted. The first available time was Friday afternoon. By 2.30pm on Friday I called and was told that the driver tracking system was down and someone would call me back. I called again at 3.15pm to be told there had been a communication breakdown and that no-one was attending and they had to order more springs. I was then told the next available appointment was nearly 2 weeks away for a possible total of nearly 3 weeks without a working garage door! No phone call back from the office manager either. Thankfully another company managed to fix the issue for us by Monday at 11:00am. I would not recommend D & K based on the poor service that we have received.

Got my first Garage door from D&K Door 12 years ago . Service was so great I got a second door for my carport Just installed today I am so happy with their service , product and price that I must share my great experience . Thanks Peter and the crew Ps thanks Matt for the great install. Cheers.

I contacted D&K to get my tilt-a-door serviced prior to renting the unit out. The staff on the phone for my initial enquiry were helpful, friendly and concise. Adam attended to complete the field service and he was on-time, completed the job without any fuss, was at a reasonable price and the door now opens and closes with perfection. I am new to being a landlord and have found a number of providers have flawed business models with glossy sales brocures and pitches trying to up-sell me crap I do not want. Can't fault the quality of the work, which is important, but they need to be more ethical and transparent in business. A call for a warranty issue resulted in a bill for an unrequested service and an unauthorised credit card debit. If you are going to charge a fee then state it up front that regardless of warranty, you will need a service and this is how much it costs. Don't be sneaky about it. The people who answer phones also need to understand customers don't like to repeatedly hear you would have been told " when you've just explained something totally different. Customers apparently are no longer always right

Wow - super impressed with the service from these guys. Had a broken door and they came out the next day to fix it after I almost lost a finger trying to fix it myself.Pricing was reasonable (I called around, they were the same as everyone else) but man did they know their stuff! The person who had installed my door many years ago hadn't inserted the bolts required to stop it being forced open by thieves. Alan spotted this and fixed it for free. He also talked me through what he was doing (bonus!) re-programmed my remotes :)Will definitely be using these guys for all future work.
