Just don’t use wynstan.Going on 2 months and I am being told someone will call me back to resolve but still no call back.Our whole experience with wynstan has been extremely disappointing. Starting over a year ago we had 4 blinds installed in our bedrooms- 2 of which were not installed straight so the installer came back a few days later to re-install them straight but left additional holes in our concrete walls in the bedrooms so not very pleased about that poor workmanship.I wouldn’t have booked wynstan on this occasion except for the point that we wanted matching blinds in the additional bedroom so I went ahead with wynstan again hoping a different installer would do a better job.On this occasion, our install was booked in April (but had to rebooked pushing the job out another 2 weeks) but upon arrival the installer didn’t have a tile drill and the fly screens for the windows were also measured incorrectly/ they were too small so had to book another date for the installation and have the fly screens Re measured. This was inconvenient as I had to take time off work to be home for the install but that time was wasted. When he didn’t have a tile drill I told him I was worried about damage to our brand new renovated bathroom tiles and he assured me he had experience and it would be Ok he just didn’t bring that drill bit with him.When they came weeks later, The trades people were friendly and the blinds look great however, we are very disappointed with the damage to our bathroom tile on one of the blinds after I voiced my anxiety about this many times.Whilst the installer was here, I assumed this mark on the tile was a pencil marking as it looks like that from a distance- however on closer inspection this is actually a deep black scrape (when you touch it you can feel a crack in the tile). This complete scratch on the tile could lead to further cracking and damage to this tile over time. I voiced many times to the installer i was anxious about damage to these tiles- we had just completed an 8 month, $80k bathroom Reno, so this bathroom is brand new and only had these blinds to finish the job. Multiple times i told him I feared about damage to these tiles, but there has been some careless work or inexperience have resulted in this damage.2 months on and my complaints are ignored. Being sent in circles and told someone will call me back.Just don’t bother with wynstan.

Sometime last year, we were shopping around to get our screen doors replaced. I advised my husband to stick to a well-known and trusted business rather than get the cheapest quote from an online task job.My thought was that we would have better quality doors and service from them. I obviously didn't do my research properly because I contacted Wynstan.Their customer service is great and approachable, but their pricing was on the high side. We didn't mind so much, as long as we got what we paid for.The people that came and installed our doors were friendly too, but they did a TERRIBLE AND RUSHED JOB! They forgot to install the logo on our screens and simply mailed them to us to do them ourselves as 'it was just a clip'.6 months later, we experienced issues with one of our screen doors. The door got stuck and couldn't use it to go in and out!They came over and fixed it, but now we're still having issues with that same door. They refused to look at it any further. It's now out of warranty. All those dollars down the drain. Oh, how I regretted my decision to go with Wynstan.It's no wonder they only provide 1 year warranty because they have no confidence in their workmanship! This should be red flags all over! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Not happy, we currently have wynstan vision blinds and only want one blinds fabric replaced. They would not allow us to bring the blind to them to be repaired without having having there technician removed and reinstalled, so they could charge us more. There should be the option to allow the customer to cut costs in these hard times.

We ordered white venetions from our local Wynstan and they look great. The professionalism of the lady in the showroom, the guy who did the quote and the installer could not be faulted. The installer (Bill) arrived on time (27.1.22) and went out of his way to make sure the job was done as soon as possible and done correctly. He was extremely polite and very Covid conscious which was impressive. We will certainly use Wynstan (Caringbah) and Bill next time we need blinds in the future and will certainly recommend them to our friends. Many thanks, Bronwyn

My wife and I ordered retractable flyscreens for our new unit. The salesperson was helpful with advice and we think that the price was fair. We understandably had some Covid delays, but our installer, Harvey, was very friendly and professional and did a great job. We are very happy. Thank you Wynstan at Caringbah.

I’ve waited over 16 weeks for 3 pet mesh fly screens to be installed. Understandably there are delays due to covid, however, this delay suggests my order was forgotten or disregarded after payment. When following up Wynstan I received no updates on the order. Having a cat I cannot open windows without fly screens. This has caused mould to grow throughout my property over the past few months of heavy rainfall. I have requested a 20% discount for the delay and have not received a response.

Wynstan - Blinds Doors Shutters Awnings
We had excellent service from the beginning with Wynstan blinds. The measurer came out twice, the second time just to ensure that our door was suitable (after being told by another company that it wasn't), communication from the office was excellent. The production was on time and the installer (Jake) was excellent. He managed our complex driveway and significant amount of stairs professionally, he was prompt, friendly and efficient. He cleaned up afterwards and ran through care instructions for the door. I could not be happier with the outcome and the service.
