My Parents have been waiting for a Headstone for 6 Months which I have pre paid for. Been promised a month ago it would have been done by last week at the very latest, my Grand Fathers Anniversary is coming up and my family are less than impressed all we have is a bloody orange Witches Hat that has been there since my Grand Mother was buried Early Dec last year, not good enough, staff used to be caring.

The service we attended was beautiful. The garden's were beautiful. They were very caring. Parking was easy.

The celebrant was great, worked with us and understood that we didn't want your average service and he was happy to help us create a memorable service.Unfortunately the downside was the woman who organised/managed the event, the initial meeting with her was difficult as her over all demeanour seemed unsympathetic to the fact that our family member had passed away only hrs ago, she wasn't any better on the day of the service.

Absolutely disgraceful. Requested information about services and options and over a week later we still haven't heard from them after following them up twice. This business has made an already extremely difficult time even more trying for my family and I. We would not recommend them under any circumstances.

J Kirk & Sons and the entire team were fabulous. The whole family found their help and support extremely valuable to us during this painful and stressful time. They accepted my family's humor and made us feel very comfortable. The facility is beautiful and well maintained, a very special thanks to Sharon and Rob Hall for all their help.Mum cant say thank you enough, she's very happy with everything you have done for us.
