Just went in to get a set of roof racks for my subaru - it was Sunday pm so staff will be tired after a long day. First staff member friendly and directed me straight to a staff member who could help. Staff member took me direct to the product, talked me through the install and took the product to check out - which he didnt need to do. Check out staff member then offered to carry product to my car (again he didnt need to but did) great service

I had a bad experience here. I don't know what position the worker is in, but I don't think his attitude to teach when he asks a question is not good. And I'm not familiar with the store, so I may not get it right, but I don't agree that it's okay to annoy me. They told me to wait for help, but in the end no one came, so I couldn't buy the product and left. One of the few terrible experiences in Australia.

I came in to buy a single screwdriver, but couldn’t take it off the rack due to it having a red security tag. I asked the guy at the front counter if I could have assistance to take it off the rack - he told me it would be a FIFTY MINUTE WAIT. Sorry what. There was two guys standing at front counter literally doing nothing, not serving and no queue. And he couldn’t take 1 minute to take a screwdriver off the wall? I left immediately and it’s almost laughable how absolutely ridiculous that is. Maybe don’t put security tags on every damn product if you’re going to tell customers it’s a fifty minute wait.

This store is well run with helpful staff, pretty good prices and has just about everything you need. I've been shopping there for many years with 100% satisfaction and can highly recommend it.

Asked at service desk where rubber for windscreen wipers were . Gentle man then asked for my car registration. I explained he didn't need my registration details I only needed to know which aisle the part was in . I then told him I was prepared to tell him my make and model of my vehicle but was unwilling to give my registration details . He said if I wouldn't do as he requested he wouldn't help. I turned to find the part myself , at which point he told me the aisle . It took me about 1min to find my part . I don't think the employee was being difficult I just think he was perhaps not quite knowledgeable enough for that position.

If I needed anything for my car, the staff were very helpful. If they didn't have the product that I needed, they would try to find another place for me to get it. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks guys.

I had a really bad experience today in this store. After asking for some advices to a non polite person The guy couldn’t even move to the section to help me even if the shop was empty. At the counter the person just said to me 13$ dollars" without even any polite word. Didn't even say goodbye or thank you. I really didn't appreciate my experience in this store. Definitely I won't be back."
