I have had 5 massages here and each of them have been amazing. Frank first three and Hue the 2nd two. Went in with a sore back and came out much better. Yes the girls don't have very good English, but they do know how to give a great theraputic massage. Head here each time I go to Melbourne now.

What a rip off. One of the female staff doesnt speak English did a foot massage on me. I ask for 20 mins and she only did 15 not even a good one.

Not great massages, dodgy pricing. Twice they have attempted to upsell me after we had already started the massage without explaining there would be a price difference. Only realised when they tried to put through card payments without showing me the price on the screen - massage almost doubled in price both times. Once, the price doubled despite me rejecting all upsells, not impressed.

Even though I booked on line a week in advance they did not have a massage therapist available. I dont think they even check the bookings. The Manager tried to tell me the creepy old man on the reception who didnt speak a word of English could massage me- uh no thanks! I asked if he even had a certificate in massage or any Experience and he looked awkward and said no. Totally unprofessional sham!

After spending thousands of dollars to physiotherapists I came across Tim. Not only did he save me financially but from a physical perspective I no longer have back pains nor do I need to resort to any medication. Tim if you do ever get to read this, I sincerely thank you for all you have done. You are truly an excellent masseur and will always hold you as highly recommended. A very professional and caring approach. Thank you.

I'll start with the online booking: no where did it offer a full body massage + feet so I automatically assumed it included feet. It did not. Upon arrival at the shop the first staff member I saw didn't even speak to me when I arrived I had to go to her and inform her I had an appointment and she looked at me blankly and was attempting I guess to ask me to come back in half an hour, when my appointment was supposed to start in 5 minutes. Another lady then showed up and again she hardly greeted me either 0 stars for customer service on both of there parts. The 2nd lady who I assume was Lily then non verbally confirmed my name with me and my booking, then took me to the room still without speaking opened the door I walked in and the door was shut behind me... ahh no instructions on what I was to do?, I assumed because I was having an oil massage, clothes off except under garments and grabbed a towel to wrap around me then hopped on the bed. again a person I assumed to be Lily knocked and walked in didn't wait for an answer and proceeded to massage me with no oil at this point I'm thinking of just getting dressed and walking out. Then there was another knock on the door and it opened and both people walked out of the room leaving me there umm this better not be part of my hour. The lady comes back with oil now and proceeds to start again. I got my back thoroughly done, not once was I asked if the pressure was okay, then shoulders then my back again, then my arms, hands and very rough on my neck (felt like it was going to break) then quick job of my legs then she tapped me on the back an hour later and says finished and walked out of the room. At this point I struggled to move because I was in more pain than what I was in when I walked into this place for a relaxation massage. I then paid the 75 dollars and hobbled out. Will not be returning, as from the start I wasn't made to feel welcome or communicated with at all and I'm still in agony. So please fix the online booking procedure and please, please, please teach your staff at least basic customer service/communication skills.

Had an amazing massage here today. So peaceful and quiet inside even though it's located in the food court! Absolutely amazing service.

Great massage, staff are excellent and friendly. Overall very relaxing.

First time here and staff was friendly and welcoming. I had a back, shoulder and neck massage from lisa and she absolutely did an amazing job ! I walked out feeling so relaxed.Lisa was also very friendly and I would definitely recommend her to anyone! I will be coming in more often now. Thankyou Lisa !!!
