Jeep Autoworx

My experience with Jeep Autoworx has been pretty disappointing. Bruno was recommended to me by many people within the Perth Jeep community, with online reviews backing their claims, so I was eager to drop my newly acquired XJ Cherokee off to be serviced by a professional. However, it seems like my experience was different to most.The first red flag was the vague work description in the tax invoice, which had no mention of the work that was done to the car other than ‘service and check over’. I also didn’t receive a list outlining what required attention in the future. I was told there was a list, and it would be ‘sent to me tomorrow’, which I never received. I chased this up multiple times and never received it.I also provided Bruno with a list of my own for some things I wanted to get quoted on for repairs. Once again, I was given empty promises. I understand that there were personal matters in the first couple weeks which prevented the quote being done, which I was completely fine with. However, I chased this up numerous times over a period of almost two months over both phone and email and I was always told it would be sent to me in the ‘next day or two’. I never received it.Despite all this, I was still willing to give Bruno another chance due to his great reputation. When my transmission failed on me, I gave Bruno a call straight away and asked to be quoted for a rebuild, which I was told would be a few thousand dollars. I was prepared to pay this, and I was told that I would be sent an exact quote shortly. I never received it and by this point I was done with chasing these things up and took my business elsewhere.However, this is not the reason for my review. Since then my car has experienced issues with intermittent loss of engine power. My new mechanic has advised my that this loss of power was due to a blocked filter which was supposed to be checked with a routine service, which was clearly not checked when I got my XJ serviced at Jeep Autoworx. This makes me wonder, what did they actually service?

I have been taking my vehicle’s (and family members vehicle’s) to Jeep Autoworx for many years now. Awesome service and great pricing. Bruno is very knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions being one of the very few whom I actually trust with my vehicle’s.

Bruno is the man for your Jeep. He knows them like the back of his palm.My Grand Cherokee was having annoying thuds when accelerating. The Jeep stealership said change the entire transmission, which would cost upwards of $12,000. Two independent so called Jeep Specialist" mechanics inspected it by plugging it in their computers and charging me $200 each

Bruno and his staff are awesome and honest. I highly recommend this place for your next service or repair. They serviced my car within an hour as I had to wait. Exceptional customer service.

Bruno is so friendly and helpful. He had great advice, and does an amazing job without over charging. I would 100% recommend him to anyone with a Jeep who is looking for somewhere to take their car.

Over the years I have used alot of mechanics but none are better than the team at Jeeep Autoworx. Best at problem solving, I saved alot of money using these guys. Genuine people providing a great service

I was in a pickle, they saw me straight away and gave me some good advice, mad lads.

Bruno lied to us on two separate occasions saying he will send of the reports after inspection in regards to a warranty claim for an oil leak. Everytime I rang up the warranty company they said they never received any reports. Wasted several weeks chasing up Bruno and the warranty company and in the end when they finally received a report it was the wrong diagnoses anyway as he claimed it was from the rocker cover gasket. I went to another mechanic and they rectified and fixed the issue which was from the vacuum pump and we got the car up and running immediately. Makes you wonder if Bruno did any inspections in the first place?
