We have installed a new heater. The guys were so easy to deal with, responsive, informative and prompt.We have been using their service for the cooling system and have always been happy with them. But with the heater installation, we were even happier cuz they were so quick!! If it werent for OBrien, I think I would be having a really miserable winter.

Excellent service all the way through. Honest with us and we trusted them. Technician needed a little encouragement to overcome a problem with placement location of one aircon unit, but understood our position and overcame the problem perfectly.

I do not usually write reviews but I was very happy with the installation of the split system air conditioner supplied by O’Briens. The man came on time, did a really neat job with no mess and was polite and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend to anyone.
