Siam Botanical Thai massage

Arrival and greeting - We made a reservation for a couple. However, there was no one at reception and we waited about 5 mins when we arrived. Plus, we had to wait extra 20 minutes because they couldn't find our reservation on their booking list. They were calling to manager or receptionist or whoever.Massage1- This was softest massage I ever had in my life. I don't really like strong pressure massage but I like medium. This can feel very personal. If you like a strong massage, it's definitely not a good choice.2- I have a little problem on my neck. I told my therapist to not touch my neck while massage. She touched 3 times so I needed to repeat what I said. It could be very seriously painful after massaging on neck. She sould listen carefully what customer requested.3 - I like massage very much. On this day, I couldn't make a reservation at the massage shop I usually go to, so I visited this place. The most important thing to consider is consistency of massage. The massage intensity and movement on my right arm and left arm were different.I hope this review will help them manage your booking system, customer service skills and massage quality. But I won't be revisiting to see if they improve.

We were visiting Melbourne on a weekend getaway and after all our walking decided a message was needed. The therapists were friendly and very professional- would visit again!

Great massage. I went for Deep Tissue 60 mins and Foot Reflexology 30 mins. However my husband got his foot massage with tools but mine didn't. Still very enjoyable and tension easing. Would have preferred to have the tools!

After a long tiring day at work, found this boutique massage shop. The therapist focused on areas that I was really sore in and the massage was exceptional. The staff were friendly and welcoming with the refreshments at the end tailored to my experience. I’ll definitely be back on a regular basis during my work week!

Brilliant. Super awesome. Exceeding my expectations. This is the authentic Thai massage. The lady at reception (forgot to ask her name) was sweet, friendly, warm and courteous. The masseuse, Laladi (hope I'm writing it correct) was top notch in applying pressure and her skills. I am definitely going to come back here again and again. I had the best massage ever from a very well mannered young lady Ally. Professional, courtious strong and all round by all means perfect. I'm a sheep Shearer of 25 years and my body has done some hard work. Left there feeling a million bucks. Highly recommended and will be telling all my friends to go there. If you really wanna be relaxed or massaged hard that all air and toxins come out of your body, go to this place. My partner booked in a couple's massage and it was amazing. During our session, the massagers were females and I'm guessing most of their staff are females because there was no male staff in sight. Very safe for the ladies (as a lady myself, lady to lady talk *wink wink*), would book in for another time. There are complimentary drinks as well, tea and water. Plus, I love the use of hot towels! It really soothes the muscles for starters. Great experience.
