Like most people I had a budget and ended up going home with money still in my pocket! You guys are great! This was my first time shopping in your store and now you have won me and I will sing your praises to my friends and encourage them to shop at Gatton RT Edwards. We were happy to find the fridge we wanted but we did not like the way the manager treated us at all he is pig no manners at all. And to tell some one to kick us out after we had spent our money he needs to respect people .. A big thankyou to the young fell from a Toowoomba store he was great I say if you want to shop at R T Edwards go to Toowoomba

Very good place they help you to find what you want Matthew / nick / glenda are very helpful we will be sorry to see them close down

Helpful staff nice little discount for using local and open when I didn't have time to run to the big stores cause I work and can't make it before they close

Walked around the shop waiting for assistance, despite multiple staff members in the shop, no-one came to serve me.

No bad word at all to say, got assistant as soon as I walked in the door, they gave me the best deals and got me extra products without spending more, gave me all the bells and whistles, they happily helped occupy my 8kids, they did all running around and calls to get the best of the best. An amazing store and amazing workers in there. Thanks guys.

Get in quick it's closing down in the next few weeks

The staff are great people to deal with and they go the extra mile to get what you want. I would recommend them highly for any of your electronic needs.

I live 40 minutes away. I needed a bar freezer. I phoned the store. I asked the salesperson if they had one in stock that I could arrange a friend to collect in 20 minutes, the salesperson put me on hold while he looked, he came back on line and said he had a 110l in stock and that he could sell it for $299, I questioned the price as I had already looked online and seen a few in stores from $200. He said all the others he has in stock are around the $4-500 mark.I agreed on the $299 one and I asked if I could pay on the phone as my friend would be collecting. He said that they can't accept payments over the phone and that I'd need to get my friend to bring the money in. Even though my sister had paid for her TV over the phone with them 1 month ago.I've had to call my friend to see if he had enough funds to cover the freezer til he got back with it.My friend got to rt Edwards, they asked him about extra cover, he called and asked, I declined. My friend goes to pay for the bar freezer and the salesperson tries to charge him $389!!!!! So he promptly calls me back. The salesperson flat out refuses over the phone, says he could do it for $350 and that he didn't say $299. I had already sent my friend out of his way so I didn't think it would be right to just send him to leave without the freezer. So he got the freezer. When he drops it off with the invoice it is a 90l freezer. I am beyond fuming!!! I will never get anything from Gatton ever again

Farewell R.T. Edwards. You promised easy ways to access technology at a time it was sometimes out of reach for some. You filled a niche and delivered nice personal service. The world has changed, and you, a small memory of a simpler time, are leaving us. Thanks for the memories :)
