Took my Ram 1500 to get a punctured tyre repaired. After not hearing from them for hours i head down to see what the go is.front desk told me that it was unfixable and tried to run me of for new tyres costing $580 each.took the tyre to Bridgestone in Mayfield and they fixed it in 20 mins.DONT take you car here they're just going to scam you.

I needed a new set of 19” tyres 2 sizes 235/40ZR & 265/35ZR. The staff at Bob Jane Kotara spent an hour trying to source FALKENS in the size I wanted. The boss Michael, came to help by ringing suppliers. Any service involving my car I expect poor customer service, told I won’t understand, why would you want a car like this, no this can’t be your car etc Michael and his staff were helpful, cheerful, provided guidance and excellent customer service to everyone. Michael and the Bob Jane Kotara team came highly recommended by a current customer. I had some track tyres I needed fitted to my A45 and some other tyres fitted to brand new wheels for my Golf. Easy to scratch wheels during this process so my anxiety was high.The guys obviously take pride in their work as they were ultra careful and the cars came back unmarked. Wheels were perfect, tyres fitted perfectly (yellow balance marks lined up with the valve) and wiped over with a bit of tyre shine, no finger marks anywhere.Very happy to have found my new “go to” tyre shop when I need something done! Try them out for yourself.

Yesterday I called in unannounced to drop my spare tyre off and be replaced. I asked the team to cross check numbers from a recent wheel alignment I had done elsewhere just as a second opinion. In no time without appointment my tire was getting changed there and then, my car was up in a hoist having wheel alignment double checked. The team was happy the alignment was okay, gave me some tips and points to look out for, change my spare and actually chucked the new tire on a spare rim they had lying around (so now I have two 4WD spares) and sent me on my way. All with a smile on their face and as if I hadn’t inconvenienced them at all, even though I undoubtedly had created additional non-scheduled work for them (on a Saturday). In the end they only charged me for the spare tire, and I got a complimentary spare rim and second opinion. My business will not go anywhere else from now on, the customer service is 10/10. Cheers team.

A big shout out to the team at Bob Jane Kotara who gave us excellent service today when we brought in our caravan with a punctured tyre. The staff we friendly, helpful and took the time to answer all our questions.I have had tyres fitted by Michael and the team over the years and have only ever had great service like today. Highly recommended.

Got these guys to swap some tyres that were on my Ute to rims that I'd just had powder coated + balance and re-fit. I didn't realise at the time of booking the job in that the powder coated rims needed a die grind in order to fit back on the hubs. Staff knew exactly what was required and wheels were balanced and refit no problems at all and at the quoted price. They even went to the trouble of inflating the tyres to the pressure I asked for and used a torque wrench to do up the wheel nuts. Thanks Bob Jane Kotara I highly recommend.
