I can't believe how much these windows have changed MY LIFE. We're in a south facing apartment, no direct sun at any time of the day, it's lovely in summer but COLD in winter. Now we have double glazed windows, we can run the heater for an hour and it warms the space and it actually stays warm instead of leaking out the windows. AMAZING. I can’t speak more highly of Windows Factory and have no hesitation recommending them. Replaced all windows and balcony door in 3 story townhouse with double glaze + sound proof, a unique job with design challenges that WF completely handled. Their prices reflect the high quality product and they have a great team with Josh leading and the tradies that are reliable, diligent and trustworthy. Excellent quality, the best windows we could even have picked for our waterfront apartment that is getting hit by the salt water and wind. The upgrade we did on the windows and installing UPVC windows made a massive difference to our unit's insulation.Thank you Windows factory great job!

We just replaced all our old sash windows with Tilt and Turn uPVC windows from Windows Factory. I am absolutely in love with our new windows and new door! It is so quiet now thanks to double glazing and the house is so much warmer. No more moldy, drafty and impossible to clean sash windows! I grew up in Germany where the uPVC tilt and turn windows are standard and they have been on my wish list for a very long time. Josh and his team delivered an outstanding customer service and installation job. I can highly recommend their services which I feel are very reasonably priced. I only wish we would have done this earlier. The new windows are even a joy to clean because they make the job so easy and accessible (I don't have to hire expensive window cleaners with long ladders for the second story anymore). One super happy customer :-)
