Could not be happier. This lady is an artisan. I dropped off my battered vintage motorcycle jacket a week ago, in need of new zipper, collar repair and stitching back together in several places and couldn't believe how good it looked today. All repairs done to the highest standard. Even conditioned the leather. Good for another 40 odd years. 350 bucks well spent, just couldn't replace this jacket for anywhere near that. Recommended!!!

Replaced a sleeve vent zip on BMW motorcyle jacket, you wouldn't even know it had been replaced. Exact same zipper used as before, and even able to re-use the jacket's sliders. Excellent work, prompt service and good value for money. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

Just collected a BMW sports, soft, top box bag(motorcycle bag) from the ladies. It was a difficult job which they weren't sure they wanted to do, but they went the extra mile for me and replaced the zipper. They did a fantastic job for a great price. Especially considering I thought the bag might be beyond repair.Thanks you ladies. It's nice to see quality work.

The zipper on my very warm wind jacket broke so needed to be replaced.A very professional job done by a lovely lady who is very busy. Hopefully I'll get another 10+ years out of the jacket now.Thank you so much.

Anna was lovely to deal with and was gentle in suggesting the right way to go about the work on my super exy beemer jacket. They delivered ahead of time and did some extra work on request refreshing some velcro. All for a great price. Thanks Venus! Took a fashion leather jacket here that had a small tear in the shoulder. We specifically asked if they knew how to fix it because it’s a fashion jacket, were obviously told they could and they might be good with motorcycle gear but I wouldn’t recommend taking your fashion items here.My partner picked the jacket up today and there’s a giant patch sewn over the outside of the tear, the surrounding leather attached to the hardware has also been completely scuffed up and basically shredded so I’m very disappointed.I think it’s only fair to customers that if you start to repair something and realise you can’t without making it look like obvious patchwork then you call the customer and ask them if they’re okay with that and give them the option to come collect and take it somewhere else before you Frankenstein butcher an otherwise perfectly fine jacket.Fine for repairs if you want them to look like they’ve been obviously repaired and don’t mind them destroying the surrounding leather in the process.Really upsetting given all the good reviews this place has I would not have agreed to nor paid for this repair if I knew the end result would look the way it does. It would have been less obvious if I’d just stitched the small tear up myself considering it was in a partially inconspicuous spot to begin with and I wish I had.Will not take any items there ever again.

Needed two large down sleeping bags, downsuit and two down jackets washed and cleaned. It may seem pricey and require a few weeks to get done, but know that they do it with great care and will look after your down properly as if it were their own 'investment' Super friendly service and I will be back after my next big trip. Never seen my yellow down jacket look so clean!

Shop is on the third floor. Anna and her husband run this shop for over 20 years now. Cash only, bank transfer is fine. Feels good to do business with small family shops.
