The whole operation is run like a dream. From the logistics of text message and email reminders, a friendly and helpful team to contact when things needed to be changed to the psychologists. Charlene is a godsend, an amazing psychologist and a warm person that is a pleasure to open up to. i recomend anyone seeking to grow and improve mentally and emotionally to work with this practise.

Such a welcoming place to be in. Very kind and easy to talk to. It's always difficult to find the right therapist to share with and she made it a lot less intimidating. She really listened and helped walk me through my thoughts. Very thankful I got paired with her on the first go!
