I cancelled the service in October and I keep receiving invoice and direct debit on my account, I called twice and it still active. Terrible service, never again go with them!!

Needed gas bottles urgently as had completely run out. Need for cooking & hot water. Put in order, they asked question is it an urgent delivery, of course I said yes. Cannot get a delivery for 5 days as that is the only time they are in my area. Why bother asking the question, is it an urgent order if they can't supply urgent delivery. Very poor customer service.
