I cut my hair here and she completely messed up my hair, cutting a layer that was 6cm shorter than the rest of the hair, making it look really weird. When I went back she agreed that it didn’t look good and offered to cut it again, but I was unsure of that since it would make the whole hair very short. Then she gave me my money back but was so rude about it, making me feel bad about it and telling me “that I’ve ruined her Friday” and “to leave the premises” as if I was the villain? So yes I got the money back but left with a bad haircut and her being angry at me when she was even admitted that it looked bad.

Highly recommend Nicky for colour, cuts and styling of all hair lengths (I’ve had numerous different hair lengths over the 20 years I have known Nicky as a hairdresser). I love that all the products used in the salon are from natural ingredients. Chemical free!

I’ve updated my first review from 2 years ago. I have been a customer now for almost five years. When you find the best you stick with them. Nicky is the best! I highly recommend. She uses top line organic haircare products, is a service professional and someone I have come to trust.
