Very bad guys. I won’t ever never recommend them. They don’t say upfront but I lost money now I need to get repair somewhere. Don’t go to them. Very doggie. I lost money. Very painful. No proper reply from them. They can’t figure the problem. Bit still charged me. Hopeless not at all capable person.

Took my messy pc in, when I got it back, it worked like a dream and looked amazing, customer service is great and the pricing is good!

Gave them a couple of chances and they try to rip you off every time. Not good.

Super helpful, my laptop was quick and easy to drop off, and I had it back within a week with a new hardrive. They were professional and super easy to work with, and reasonably priced

Delivered an older laptop (Windows 7) for a check. I had the HDD replaced by an SSD a year or two ago and was very happy with the outcome. This time we it needed a general clean-up to hopefully improve performance. We had to follow up to find when it was finished and when my wife picked it up was told --'well its pretty old anyhow ' (about 6years) and the screen and keyboard were dirty. Wouldn't go back there.

The go-to place for apple service and common component hardware. Have good range of cables and adapters for most devices.

** Please note that it turned out my staff member was a thief he probably stole the laptop and lied about returning it to Netway. But had the balls to come to the store with me.It's unfortunate that shopping centre security footage is only kept for two weeks and so at the time no evidence either way could be obtained. I enquired on day sixteen.I do think shopping centres have an obligation and duty of care to retain camera footage for longer than two weeks as many crimes are not discovered immediately, rather than loop it fortnightly to save on data storage costs, but that is not Netways' fault.I regret my original review, which I came across today and deleted. I definitely got played. Apologies to the owner, I should have taken down this review much earlier.

Sent my laptop here for a thorough virus clean up as well as my laptop crashed and could not proceed to the windows interface upon start up. They attended to my problem very quickly and quoted a really cheap and affordable price. Had my laptop back within 3 days and it has been working fine since.
