I am invisable. I must be.. how can we spend 10 minutes in a store and be totally ignored by the young lass, who was oh so busy tidying things that didn't need tidying. Nambour store is wonderful compared to Maroochydore

Tayla (the lovely blonde girl) has by far, the best customer service skills. She was absolutely amazing & went above & beyond to ensue I got the bag I needed for my honeymoon. She put a massive smile on my face & made me feel so valued as a customer. Additionally, she ended up calling 3 different stores just to get me the bag I wanted! Completely wonderful. Deserves employee of the year! Very, very happy.

Spoke to Maddy about replacing a bag which had been damaged by an airline. Not only was she able to find the receipt for the bag I'd bought, she gave so much good advice about which bag I should get, including information about oversized baggage restrictions at one of my destinations. Incredible service.

Pretty amazed and finding it hard to believe these reviews. We found suitcase and make-up bag online and went in store to buy because of the great sale prices offered. Not only did the Salesperson (older blonde lady) not inform us that the sales prices were only available through online orders she didn't even say the total at point of sale. You have to ask yourself when these sale prices are offered but the sales people don't mention the loopholes are they being deliberately dishonest or are they told by corporate not to mention it? Either way as someone that works as a Salesperson and prides themselves on honesty it's extremely concerning.

Fabulous customer service in store today.I was looking for a light cross body bag to take to Bali.The salesgirl greeted me with a warm smile as soon as I approached the counter, found the perfect bag (Flylite)and explained all the features that the bag had and the price was reduced by $20.00. Best in store service ever after visiting 4 other stores.
