What’s the point of boost sending free birthday offers when you can’t use it because conveniently the system here won’t accept the voucher. Management won’t even honour it when you show the email. Pretty disappointed. Customer service doesn’t exist at this place. How ever happy to take your money but not give you the free offer.

Because the staff are always distracted and don't listen your order for coffees is always incorrect. Over a dozen times I have paid for and left behind an order that was wrong.Why also have coffee sizes medium, large and extra large this is where the problems start just have small, medium and large. Worst Ampol on the Gold Coast

What brainless management! Staffing 1 person only to work the morning of Anzac day next to one of the biggest Dawn service locations on the coast! Of course your poor staff was going to be busy with everyone getting coffee!! I felt so sorry for him.

I have enough issues going on in my life. I pay for my fuel via the app because I can't stand to deal with people. (Everyone) When you call me out for not standing correctly, not wearing a mask, my headlights on or any other rule you people decide is in my best interest, it does nothing to help the situation. STOP PLAYING GOD. 22/02/2023 20:52 you shut the pump down and cost you business $60 coz that how much more I needed. But that's ok I finished refuelling over the road at shell.

Great friendly service and amazing barista made coffee. Fuel was cheaper here at $1.79, while everywhere else was $1.94

Please add more staff on morning coffee and fuel. You could make so much more if you could service a higher number of patrons.
