Very unprofessional property manger. She is not trained as properly manger. Very bad attitude and terrible management.

One of the worst estate agents in Victoria .maybe for renting or buying. The experience I had with this agent for repairs and maintenence. They still owe my fees for inspection after so many emails. Very unprofessional and lac of discipline.

*STAY AWAY*DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!Worst agents I’ve ever used, I don’t know how they are still open.They never checked on my property and provide condition reports, resulting in tens of thousands worth of damages occurring to my property.The staff never tried to help resolve any issues, especially the owner who had no clue. They are very rude and unprofessional and kept making excuses and blaming each other for any problems that occurred.PLEASE AVOID USING THEM!

The worst real-estate agency in Australia. Irresponsible and uncooperative with their clients. I leased a property in Dandenong but had to cancel it before the lease period ended. The water heating system was broken from the very first day and was never fixe over a period of 12 weeks. Later on we found out that the agent wanted the house for himself.

WARNING: Do NOT do any business with this agent whose unethical, unprofessional and deceptive practice attempted to provide a misleading, fabricated condition report.- We rented an apartment from them and the lease ended on the 3rd June 2022. We had the apartment professionally cleaned and provided them with the receipt on the same day.- At 3:11pm On the 6th June, we received an email from Hanifa Babay - the property manager about the final inspection she conducted without our presence. In the email sent to us, she listed five items that require further cleaning and fixed. 90% of the items listed was reported on the condition report when we moved in which means they were NOT caused during our tenancy. She requested to have EVERYTHING on that list cleaned and fixed, asked us to go from the CBD to their office in Dandenong to get the keys and return them to them, by 8th June. Otherwise, she would deduct our bond. According to her email, we only had 10 business hours to collect the keys, contact cleaners, and schedule them to go to the apartments, have everything fixed, re-cleaned, and return the keys.- We replied by telling them about our rights according to Consumer Affairs Victoria, that renters must have been present during the final inspection with rental providers and stating that all the marks and plasters were reported on the moving-in condition report submitted to them. We then requested a proper final inspection to show them the marks and plaster patches that were already reported, along with the condition report on the 10th June.- Back in when we moved in, we completed the condition report and had to write a list of items that were not correctly reported from the agent’s side. The apartment was not clean, smelt terrible, plaster patches and marks were everywhere on the walls. When my partner handed the report over to her, he mentioned that it was misleading. She said no problem, without mentioning the maintenance. My partner had to ask for the COPY of the condition report because she was not intending to give one. We also took photos of the marks and reminded them again on their inspection during our stay.- On the final inspection day, Hanifa brought out the fake condition report where our comments were left out and our signatures were fabricated. Until we showed them our copy did they bring out the original report. Imagine what would happen if we had not asked for the copy initially. Even though all the scuff marks on the walls were reported by us on the condition report, Hanifa was unprofessionally accusing us of causing them. When I talked to her, she replied with: “Seriously? Are you serious?” like I was making a joke. When we reached an agreement on what was caused by us including two scuff marks on the bedroom walls and external glass window, they said that they would obtain quotes from their handymen and let us know so that we could compare them to our quotes and decide within that week.- 15 minutes after we left, we called up to Hanifa to ask her if she could give me the key and a REASONABLE timeframe to repair the issues ourselves. It was around 12pm. She gave me 5 business hours to finish everything because she had new tenants moving in the next day.Note that they were having an open inspection coming the next day and no move is allowed to be executed on the weekend according to the building management, they were all lies.- When I asked for more time, she was acting unprofessionally, verbally defaming me with her words, bringing up my personal issue with the building manager which had nothing to do with her, and she accused me of being not considerate, not understanding. She said that she did NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH ME. Not until I told her that I could sue her for defamation, and asked her to MIND HER WORDS, she hung up on me.Update: this case has been reported to CAV which was advised that the final inspection must be conducted with both parties and end-of-lease cleaning, etc issues must be given a reasonable timeframe to fix. Beware of your rights!Stay away!

Please reconsider using their property management services.- poor attitude and professionalism- did not advise landlords of tenant details prior to signing contract- signed contract with tenants without consulting landlord- did not do proper income check, signed lease with individual who cannot speak english and on a disability pension and without a job.- poor condition report standards- did not help resolve rent reduction of 50% less than agreed during covid 19 - said nothing they can do when tenants cant even travel 5km to get food, let alone how going to pay rent?It was a horrible experience. Please avoid using them at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just Reality advertised a property 5 bed, 3 bath which I signed a lease to. On receiving the keys and inspecting the property the lawns had not been mowed or garden weeded. The house was not cleaned very well and the owners left rubbish in the backyard as well as a heap of white goods in the garage. Then when I questioned why one of the bedroom doors was locked I was informed it would be permanently locked. Just Realty falsely advertised the house as 5 bedrooms when only 4 would be available and the house was not fit for anyone to move in. I cancelled my lease and found a great agent. Just Realty staff did not apologise for any inconvenience and I only had two days left to find another house. Absolutely appalling service and concern for tenants. Do not go near them.

First of all I would like to say thanks to the salesman he was nice at the beginning didn’t have any issues.But when it came to settlement he introduced me to the property manager who was fawzia karimi I started contacted her to get the keys and inspect the property she told me she will inspect the property and will let me know I had to go get the keys from their office I have to send my wife there when she got there she said she doesn’t have key now and she had to wait to get keys and later she just left it on the counter with receptionist and didn’t even bother to talk or answer her question when we got home it was big mess and very dirty and so many things were damage and a lot of rubbish was inside and outside straight away I made phone call and explain to her and salesman person and took a a lot of pictures and send them. After a couple of days later she called me and said that how it is like that that’s all I have no time to talk to you I hang up now.So I have to call again no answer had to call salesman and he said Fawzia dealing with that.Management side of it very unprofessional and have no idea. I don’t know how some of them are real estate agent.Warning ⚠️ don’t deal with them.
