Don’t bother going here if you’re hungry. Ordered beef tacos but where’s the beef? Spoke to staff but they didn’t do anything about it. Absolute joke, poor service and no standards.

as a huge fan of gyg i went here to have lunch with a friend despite being a regular at the mt lawley location. unfortunately this is not the first time i’ve had a bad experience at this location. my first experience here was disappointing as staff were rude and then proceeded to take 20+ minutes to make one meal.today however was even worse. firstly the staff member at the register seemed incompetent; asking 3 times what meat i wanted despite me VERY clearly stating i wanted the mince. even after she asked me 3 times (and getting the same response every time) she still managed to mess it up and my food arrived ordered as pulled pork. i obviously sent this back and told her i asked for mince. whilst this was frustrating it wasn’t the worst part.my friends meal came quickly and he enjoyed it! until he found not one but TWO pieces of hair in his food. it was disgusting, two big pieces of hair all wrapped in the food. we were both quite off put by this and decided to no longer eat our meals and leave.whilst the wait time definitely seemed to improve the attitude from staff definitely did not. least to say i will be sticking with the mt lawley location as i never have a problem there.

Came here to try the new bowl with chicken strips which isn't too bad. The biggest downside, however, is the price is very expensive compared to the portion I'm getting. It cost me $16 for a small bowl amd the portion is close to half of what you will generally get with other restaurant for the samr price.

Food is always great. However service is consistently poor when picking up online orders - the staff clearly ignore waiting customers who have just arrived who want to check to see if their orders are ready / the app says are ready. Regularly, orders are sitting on the side and staff don’t bother to re-call the orders out. This needs to be addressed by the store as this impacts the customer experience in a negative way that could easily be fixed.

Initially gave this place 5 stars. However last 3 visits have been enough to stop us from going anywhere but our local Mt Lawley (which is great).Food was still ok but waited a fair while. Ordered breakfast, hash browns came about 10 mins later, the quesadilla's came 10 min after that then tacos another 10 mins after that. Wasn't to busy either.Just ordered a burrito each and took nearly 20 mins. Shop was quiet.Will stick to Mt Lawley where food takes about 2 mins.

I usually love Guzman but the service on Thursday (22/06) was the worst I have experienced. I ordered on the uber eats app to pick up for myself. I went in the store at 950pm when the app told me my order was ready but when I walked up to the counter I was ignored by everyone and they all just stood there and stared at me. Finally a women approached me and I told her I was there to pick up my order ordered through the uber eats app she turned her back and walked away, another women approached me I explained again and she got a man to come and speak to me. The man didn't know what I was talking about even after I pointed at the food and said that was my order. Another man finally understood what I was there for and got me my order. I had paid extra for Guacamole and Sour Cream which I did not receive and the grilled chicken was dry and tough to chew. I won't be returning to Leederville Guzman.

Had no nachos and wouldn't serve beer at 1040pmNot sure what is wrong. Poor service. Been to many Guzman and they're normally good. Will never use Leederville again. Such a shambles. 4 very disappointed customers.

My partner and I ordered from the Leederville store tonight. We were shocked that the amount of meat was minimal. I ate mine first and realized how little beef was in it. My partner then checked hers to see how much beef was in it and there was one tiny bit of beef in the whole enchilada. So disappointing. Would be expecting a refund if I was eating in the restaurant so I would expect the same now.

I ordered my food from the gyg app, when I’ve been there to grab my food and one the work told me that where is your bag and I said its my food and also I ordered spice in my food, but it wasn’t there, then I’ve went back and asked to put little spice in there but they put lot of spice that I can’t even put up it in my mouth, it was my very first bad experience from any gyg outlets infact, I am ordering frequently.Moreover, one the employee there looking at me like , he is kind of gangster or something.
