The Recovery Hub Glenelg

I had an amazing first experience at The recovery hub, Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facilities were spacious, calming and extremely clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and can't wait to go back and try some of the other programs and facilities they have to offer.

Wow, so I want to start by saying I was a total sceptic. I am a very evidence based person and the recent articles I read from APRHA questioned these IV treatments. I thought I will give it a go but probably going to be a waste of time. I am a glass half empty person, when I went in I definitely was not expecting any kind of miracles. I was seeking any kind of improvement to burnout and fatigue. I want to say I feel 100per cent better than I felt this morning and honestly that's enough for me to feel that the money was worth it! If I still feel this good tomorrow its a blessing. I am wanting to give a shout out to Nurse Bella at Glenelg. It was my 1st time having a treatment at Recovery Hub and I have never experienced someone so accommodating, caring and helpful. Kindness means so much when your not feeling the best, thankyou Bella.

A big thank you to the recovery hub! Felt amazing after my drip, exactly what I needed to keep me going throughout the week. I noticed energy levels lifted immediately and the staff were very professional. Would highly recommend, super easy and convenient. I look forward to my next appointment.

Such a great company and lovely staff! Nurse Emily was awesome, so friendly and informative :) this was my first experience with IV infusions and I can’t recommend this service enough. I feel so much better overall, energy levels up, more alert - oh and it does wonders for creating glowing skin! Wonderful service every time - can’t wait to go back!

The couples infrared sauna was amazingMy partner and I felt so refreshed and detoxified after our session. The place was beautiful and so hygienic. The staff were so polite and had great service. I highly recommend the recovery hub definitely will be back again soon!

Place has a really good vibe, love using cryotherapy and sauna and would definitely recommend.

Today I went for my first iv drip after my ESGprocedure. The nurse was very nice, she had a great attitude and was extremely professional. She made the process feel like a spa day. The receptionist was lovely as well and she genuinely cared about how I felt. Huge thank you to the recovery hub staff for making me feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
