Wow amazing service, this man his name is Rafe he helped me a lot I came in looking for some things for my nephew and he showed me the marvel range and helped me with the products amazing service and was super sweet and kind

Great service. The girls are very helpful. The rainbow pen which was inside the pencil case was broken which my 7 year old discovered after getting home. spoke to Chelsea over the phone and asked to bring it back for exchange which we did later that week. Exceptional customer service. You girls rock

Not happy

Today I went into the store flustered and came out feeling positive(not in a covid way). My daughter dropped her smiggle hp drink bottle and it broke. We could not find a replacement online or nearby stores. Chris(I hope I'm spelling this correctly) went above and beyond to help me. Including searching the other stores and calling around for me. These are things I could have easily done my self however Chris said she was good to do this to help me. Also went out of her way to look at alternatives to help me in my situation.Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you. We came up with a solution I am happy with not once did she break out an eye roll about our particularness.

Absolutely love this shop. At times it can be quite crowded. Staff are lovely and helpful. They often have specials

Had the best woman serve today. Had so much light in her face and was beautiful. I overheard her saying her name was Yas maybe ? She had glowing brown skin and her hair was up. Make sure to always check in on how she’s doing. People who spread happiness need to feel it too

Unique store full of cute stationary items.

Today while passing by this store I saw an older staff member doing what can be described as throwing a tantrum. I noticed something being thrown on the floor and the lady kicking it aggressively. I do not know the back story here or what lead to this incident but this is wildly inappropriate behaviour for someone during a shift and in the workplace, let alone in public with another staff member present and a customer in the store. This is a children’s store, and if this is normal behaviour then I worry for people around her
