Dan has been doing walk and train with our two Bernese mountain dogs twice a week as they had gotten uncontrollable on the lead and over excitable at home. After only 2 weeks we saw an enormous improvement in their behavior. He’s not only been amazing with the dogs but lovely to deal with. And I’ve loved the photo and video updates he sends through. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him at all.

Nine months ago we adopted a highly reactive rescue dog. We've recently been taking her to training sessions with Dan and are very encouraged to be seeing some progress. Dan knows what he's doing, obviously loves dogs and is a very nice guy to deal with.

The lessons from Dan were life changing for our family and our parent’s dog. We were having major problems walking the young staffy girl due to excessive pulling and reactivity to birds and other dogs. After seeing Dan a couple times the difference was incredible - it is actually enjoyable to go for a walk again! Thanks so much to Dan for improving our and Molly the staffy’s life! We’re at the beginning of our ‘happier, less reactive dogs’ journey, but thanks Dan for your reassuring and positive approach, and for really taking the time to meet with us and our pooches. We appreciated the way you observed them, considered and then explained some training techniques and then demonstrated and provided hands on advice that is relevant and applicable to our particular situation. Already enjoying the practice and developing a better relationship with our pups. Will be checking in with you again soon!

We adopted our German Shepard dog “Sunny” from a shelter about five years ago. From what the shelter told us, Sunny had previously had a very hard life. Sunny was scared of people, other dogs, dog toys, her environment and was not familiar with regular doggy activities such as playing in the park. We asked Dan if he could help Sunny as he had a lot of experience with training and caring for pound/shelter dogs. Sunny really liked Dan as he was kind, friendly and his approach was very positive. After meeting with Dan a couple of times in our home we then met with Dan and his dog Pace in a park. This was fantastic as Pace was Sunny’s first doggy friend and was a great calming influence on her. After some training and walking with Pace, Sunny started to gain confidence and her reactivity and anxiety reduced. As a result of her training with Dan she was then able to attend group dog training classes, take walks and play with other dogs at the dog park. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who has adopted a dog with a difficult past, needs help with recovery from a pound/shelter environment or has high levels of reactivity or anxiety.

My pup Ollie stayed with Dan for three nights while I was away for my 21st birthday. Dan was constantly sending me updates and cute photos of all the dogs having fun!! He took took Ollie to parks and to the river, looked like Ollie had a blast. Would definitely love Ollie to stay with Dan again!
