Tristan from Poolzone is the real deal. Professional, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonably priced. Just got my first pool and the old pump was doing a horrible noise. Called Tristan and he was here within the hour. Explained what was happening, took the pump for a repair and returned & installed it a day later like new for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Also took the time to answer all my newbie questions. If only everyone was this efficient. Don't even think twice about hiring their services.

The old pool pump finally packed it in. I came across Pool Zone via an internet search. I texted Tristan with the details and photos of the problem - he called back within the hour and provided a quote over the phone. He came that afternoon and replaced the pool pump and the faulty pool light. If only all tradies were this professional.

Rang Tristan on Monday morning as our pool pump was playing up. He came around the same day and confirmed that it would need to go into the repair shop to have the bearings and possibly some other parts replaced. Rang back on Tuesday to confirm what was required and how much it would cost. Told him to proceed. Contacted me on Wednesday and arranged a time to install the reconditioned pump on Wednesday afternoon. Overal a very efficient, prompt service at a very competitive price. I can highly recommend Tristan as he exceeded our expectations.
