Phil at Finess Flooring Xtra Warragul was extremely helpful in sourcing nylon velour cream carpet for our bedroom, to match the rest of the carpet in our home. The match came pretty close & carpet layer came promptly to lay the carpet.

Professional service, professional advice, great range of products, great knowledge of products. Had new carpet installed, very happy with the product, the carpet layer very professional, quick installation. Highly recommend flooring xtra to everyone. If I could give more stars I would. Couldn't fault anything with Mark & Alisha. I'll be using flooring xtra for the rest of my house.

Couldn't fault the service of Mark and Alisha!Had never had any experiences with flooring before and Alisha and Mark were so approachable and gave brilliant realistic info for what I wanted/needed for my space.I was able to take a sample home to check if I liked it and then Mark came out and did a free measure and quote. Even with covid lockdown the communication around bookings and having to reschedule were amazing and the finished product speaks for itself! Couldn't be more thrilled. Adrian who installed the floor was great also and very friendly. We got our laminate removed and installed hybrid flooring and were very nervous about this as this was our first Reno on our 4 year old house. We receive an Amazing Service with flooring Xtra Warragul.They talked us through all our options and explained the pros and con. They had very good fair pricing, which was value for money. We were given a good range to select from and Alisha worked with us to make sure we comfortable. It’s been 6 months now and we are very happy. The range and Colour option available was also good, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and confident with our choice; let us keep the samples so we could look at it in morning and evening light m, and even when we had a last change of mind we’re still very accommodating. Highly recommend the company.

Extremely poor service by both Mark and Alicia! Do not recommend. Rang for a measure and quote, the first booked time (Saturday) no one showed up- no phone call or anything until I rang them an hour after they were due. This was then rebooked and on the second time they got the day booked incorrectly (Monday) so I wasn’t there to meet with them. There were builders onsite so they came in and proceeded to measure the wrong rooms. When the time came on the correct day they were meant to be here (Tuesday) again no one showed up and I called after 40 mins of no show. That is when I learnt they’d been the day before and measured the wrong rooms. No apology, no offer of solution of how to fix, I was just told if I have doubts or am looking for better service maybe I should try somewhere else. Do not use.
