Emanate & Co

I used Emanate & Co (previously Hornsby Patio Land) to design and build my outdoor patio Adrian gave me a number of options given the space that I had. The result was that our previously unusable outdoor area tripled in size and we now have an outdoor area where we can entertain and relax, without exposure to the elements. The product looks amazing and took our indoors, outdoors. We even installed a kitchen and a built in bbq. To be completely honest, there were a few leaks which became evident during the horrendous down pours we had. I rang Adrian, he came around the next day and within 48 hours it was rectified. This was very impressive. No issues since.I would highly recommend Emanate & Co and Adrian and frankly, wouldn’t use anyone else. I’m likely to have more work done with them shortly,…..a car port.

Emanate & Co installed a roof over our back deck which has now added a very useful and weather resistant outdoor space.Adrian and the team were very responsive and the communication was great and we always knew what was happening. They made the process easy from initial ideas, DA and construction.We are very happy with the completed roof and would definitely recommend Emanate & Co.

We engaged Emanate & Co to design and build an alfresco area for us to maximise our living space for our growing family. This essentially added an outdoor room to our house, including fully insulated ceiling, fan, dimmable downlights, skylights, glass balustrade, wood-finish aluminium screening and tiled flooring for that low maintenance lifestyle we were after. We have just finished our second outdoor area with Patioland. We went straight to Patioland for our second build as Adrian & his team are extremely professional.Our second outdoor area included a deck extension, the auto opening and closing roof, closing in the space at one end, glass pool fencing, applications to council, electrical work etc. all of which needed to be in keeping with the existing home. Adrian took all this in his stride & kept us informed every step of the way. Adrian’s team were also professional, clean and friendly.We are delighted with the product, Adrian & team and also the after sales/completion service.We would highly recommend Patioland to anyone and welcome you to view ours.

We are thrilled with our new deck. We had a very old, rundown and tired excuse for one that no one wanted to use and that was well past it. Emanate & Co designed and built an area that has become our new happy place.It was delivered on time and on budget. The team were a delight to deal with and it was lovely having them around over the last few months. Thanks to Adrian for managing eveything from the get go and to William, Duncan, Danny and George who put the hard yards in to make the picture come to life. Now we need a new project for them to work on!

Adrian and the team were fantastic. He was very responsive and clear with the process, contract, progress updates, etc. The team were very friendly, on time and cleaned up the site after they were done. Would be very happy to use them again.
