I cannot understand why it takes so long to recieve gas. I pay prior to receiving an exchange cyclinder and was told it would take a week, which is untrue it will be over a week and apparently the area live in delivery days were Thursday's. You get no information or email with a estimated delivery date. The people on the other end of the phone call really dont show much consideration. Unfortunately my medical conditions are now suffering because I rely on gas for especially for hot water for a denigrating disease on both my lungs and back but this not a good enough reason. This was the whole reason I stopped using the previous gas supplier. I usually don't leave unpleasant reviews but it's not the first time it's happened. Hopefully it will be the last. Otherwise, I will look at other service providers like I did the last time.And please don't reply with an automated response email. It doesn't work.

Pleasant staff from ordering to delivery, Corey couldn't have been more helpful with the delivery & with a big smile! Good old fashioned customer service. Look forward to recommending them around town!

Ordered gas on line in June - never delivered. Ran out of gas in July - took weeks of calls (they say they will call back but don’t). Then when supposed to be delivered get notifications that they can’t access the driveway with the truck (yet semi trailers can get up the drive way and large furniture deliveries and so could they for the previous 3 years). Finally got gas bottles BUT this month ordered another one and it’s EXACTLY the same. I understand staff shortages but this is beyond a joke. I’ve spent hours on the phone over the last few months and afforded plenty of notice (months) to allow for shortages. While the poor customer service people are apologetic etc the whole end to end service is appalling.

They came onto my property with out my request. They went through my personal space and were not invited. They also have not rectified an account which is now 15 months ongoing.

After nearly a week with no gas and constant phones finally got my gas bottle. I would like to recommend Corey for your deliveries he was an absolute gem couldn’t be more helpful. As far as the other delivery drivers go forget them it seems to be to hard for them.

After having the issue below I found the team of the Lismore base, manger Tony to be beyond helpful, correcting my issues and going out of his way to make my complaint feel heard. Highly recommend this company for gas! Understanding that they are super under the pump, I recommend email over calling.I have been on hold for over an hour, I joined them about 3 months ago and they have been chased for 60$ ever since. I rang when I was first told to pay this, as I knew there was no logical reason for this charge. The person I spoke to, understandably was busy, but told me, yep that fee is misplaced and I don't need to pay it and she would take care of it. Still I receive regular messages to pay it. Now I can't get in touch with anyone.

Great service, they bent over backward to get us our delivery as quickly as possible. Corey delivered the gas and was very helpful, to the point that he spotted a snake in our house and helped us deal with it haha. These guys are great!

Ordered a replacement gas bottle on July 24 but nothing happened. Repeatedly phoned and emailed. Call centres, after hanging on the phone for at least 30 minutes, promises to deliver the next day. Yes I know there is no staff but give an alternative and don’t lie. I have a disabled person at home who needs heating and cooked food. Very stressful.
