I wanted to say that Justin McNellie is gold, he always goes above and beyond for me (his client). I struggle immensely and he has helped me so much. I am glad he is my coordinator, as he has guided me, and assisted me when other companies let me down. He is reliable and fantastic, and instills me with confidence that my own disabilities and struggles do not define who I am. My perspective on getting help has changed with my PTSD, and honestly it's because of his character and excellent work ethic and morals. Justin works at New Farm Foot Prints office.

This place does have poor air quality and the trains are constantly lifting pollution up into our complex from traffic bringing it down on the tracks, and constantly lifting it back up again.I always have fun shopping here and have fun chasing the specials.Citys always good, the Valley,ALDIS and Woolworths at Newstead.Overall I give it a 5 out of 10 because it's shopping shopping and more shopping, there isn't much more.

October 2017- blindsided for being a so called ' Hoarder', other stuff happened with the staff - Rachael- I moved-so you and Housing Commission got what you wanted. My mental and physical health has declined, panic attacks, depression, anxiety, agrophobia, don't care if I don't wake up- tired of ' living 'because yFootprints lied to me,took advantage of the situation and changes at the townhouses- PROFIT, the person doesn't matter, just shove them out.Ot HURT because I TRUSTED FOOTPRINTS and Rachael.I have NO life now,you just RUSHED me to move without Understanding and Considering the year that I was Still trying to come to terms with.Nobody cares, it's ALL ABOUT PROFIT POWER,taking ADVANTAGE OF VULNERABLE PEOPLE- I have an Intellectual Disability Disability, but you only PRETENDED TO CARE..YOULIED.Whenever I go to sleep, I donI WANT to die in my sleep.I'm SO MESSED UPin MY MIND, I HATE MY LIFENOW,and have done so for over 3+ years.

Over three years ago I was referred to Footprints out of a need to connect with other young LGBTIQ in Brisbane, in a both therapeutic and social capacity. Dealing with social isolation and living in supported accommodation, making friends was difficult. Footprints employs professional staff who are both friendly and helpful. I was part of an LGBTIQ support group that met in West End for cake and coffee each fortnight. The group was inclusive, welcoming and non-jugdmental.
