This company has excellent service, excellent product. I highly recommend the solar street lights, will be purchasing more. We live on 5acs & the solar lights have unable us to have proper lighting without the need for electrical connection .

Correspondence in Canada NOT Australia. Buyer beware. Only good thing is they refunded the money after 2 months and phone calls but had not received a call or email from them. Not recommended.

Absolute worst company on the planet. Empty promises about refunds, poor quality products, over priced products, overall this company sells junk and when you have a problem, you get mocked by someone outside of Australia. You are much better off going to bunnings. I am convinced that most of the reviews here are fake. I am also convinced that they will claim that this review is fake because they are a dodgy organization. AVOID, AVOID AND AVOID. Rubbish company please refer to image for an illustration.

I have to say this would have to be the worst company I have ever had to TRY and deal with, the product I ordered was very simple and I required it URGENT. I am still waiting I've sent email after email asking what is happening, the stupid Chat system doesn't work and it is very clear that not one person in this company cares for customers. Another online company that takes your money. I will pass on to every person I know to not have anything to do with Deelat!!!! This would not happen in Canada.

Absolutely worst service!! Stay away!!If I could leave a minus star I would.Charged for items and months later still no arrival.Ring to check on order several times and be told they are in stock.And be told they will leave today!Several months later we are still waiting.So dishonest in there dealings :(

I placed an order over 6 weeks ago, and it still hasn't been shipped. No communication from the company. I've sent multiple emails, and called multiple times (usually it just goes to voicemail saying they will call back in 1 business day, but they never call back), and the one time I did get someone they said they're disorganized because of moving warehouses. He apologized and said my item would be shipped within the next 2 days. Now 2 weeks later the order status on the website has still not changed, and no one has contacted me. Absolutely terrible customer service.

12 weeks since placing the order and nothing has been shipped. No estimate delivery time on their website. No response back unless you keep calling them to find out. Most annoying part is that sale people kept giving out wrong messages saying it will be shipped by a certain date and time...It was really waste my time waiting instead of looking for other sources of suppliers. My order is a small one, but all customers should have same treatment and respect. Worst services ever from Deelat.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered some hinges and paid in full to subsequently be informed that they were no longer available. I was advised I would receive a full refund, but nearly three months later I'm still waiting. We've emailed and called several times, but no money has been returned to us to date.

Ordered Ducting that said was in stock. After 3 months, still have not received the ducting. Upto my fifth email now requesting a refund, 2 replies from Harley Williamson saying that he has past it onto his manager to process. Still yet to hear. Phoned multiple times to a number that doesnt not pick up, left numerous messages. Very unprofessional. Word of warning for people who want to purchase any goods from Deelat, Reconsider.
