Poorly organised and don't seem to know about taxation involved in AirBnB. After specifically identifying my needs prior to booking I was shuffled around and ended up wasting an afternoon.

Went in to seek some professional advice only to walk put extremely disappointed. Justin Kalafatis, greeted me in an extremely unprofessional manner, was very rude and just made me feel un welcomed, and didnt receive the help i was promised and made me feel the need to leave. Will never ever go here again, due to the unprofessionalism.
