La diva nails West Village - West End

First timer for a pedicure and loved it. Ladies were professional and polite and did a wonderdul job. Left with my feet feeling baby soft and nails looking nice and tidy. Salon was beautiful and overlooked the ferns and gardens outside which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Also super affordable considering what the service included and the location.

Lovely space and the nail artists know what they are doing and do a great job. Clean, well stocked business. The location is great (lots of green outside). I love it and am going back again. P.S. this is my 3rd visit.

I called up to make a booking for the same day which they kindly accommodated. I was seated 15 minutes early with a complimentary bottle of water and my immediate thoughts were how calming and quiet the salon was. My nail tech was very gentle and everything in the salon felt clean. I could tell attention to detail was a high priority to my nail tech. I communicated my requests a single time at the beginning of the appointment and it was executed exactly as requested. The shape of the nail is the exact same, finger to finger and the precision of polish around my cuticles is very crisp. I am so pleased with my nails and I can’t wait for my next appointment.

So disappointed by the lack of interest and service. Came for a refill acrylic, I changed my mind about the length because the ended up pretty long. Asked if she could make them shorter, and the reaction I got was very uncomfortable, a irritated sigh. Never mind then I said, will keep them long. After this she roughly filed my nails like she was irritated.No base coat or top coat for the gel coat and the color was very light, not as the example. So I asked if she could do another layer so the color would get more intens. Irritated again.. “the color is light because your nail is transparant”. 3 dollar if I wanted a extra layer.Paid 80 dollars instead of 45 what they told me when I booked it. The staff clearly doesn’t want to work and is not customer friendly.

Please visit this wonderful nail salon. Beautiful outlook with the ferns while you get your nails done. Nothing like it in West End. Very relaxing & quiet environment.Wonderful staff & quick service. I walked in with no booking and was served right away. Prices are very reasonable too.

Haven’t found anyone that finishes off nails so professionally . Using S&N with others was left with thick goopy nails that chip and peel off before 2 weeksThe staff here are so friendly and I love the bottle water as I’m always thirsty
