I'm going to say it's a typical GP experience, the doctor was nice and the staff were friendly. I waited about 50 mins but I didn't have an appointment prior. Don't think they deserve the poor rating they currently have.

Although he may only be at the practice temporarily - Dr Anthony Carpenter is outstanding. Dr Carpenter listens, understands and wants the best outcome for you as a patient. Could not recommend him enough and wish he was staying!

Absolutely terrible experience. I sat down yesterday with Dr Soon Ai Tan and can safely say I will NEVER be back. Two weeks into taking a new birth control I started to suffer severe side affects. I was having horrible head pains in one side of my head, extreme dizziness, severe cognitive issues to the point I couldn't work, vomiting randomly, heart racing and chest pains, etc. I stopped taking the medicine and drove an hour and a half to seek help. She sat with her back completely turned to me the entire appointment and other than spending 10 seconds listening to my heart, did not give me the time of day. After going through all of these symptoms that I've never experienced prior to this mediciation, she then recommended I START TAKING THE SAME PILL and told me I had emotional issues.""
