Burswood Service Centre

I got my car serviced here. I went to pick it up and they made me wait one hour. And it took only 2 mintue to make payment and get my key back just because I asked few questions. Otherwise, it would've taken one minute.

Staff couldn't do anuff for us to do a good deal especially Kerri the sales girl

Dodgy service they didn’t fill the log book with an excuse of supplementary service only. No explanation to offer free check but they bluffing the service either log or lube remains the same.Very poorly and disappointed how the customer service handled this! Zero star!

Went to this address in burswood, found out that honda has moved out months ago, and they still have the same address on google,.

This is an edit of my review.One of the more impressive Honda service centres with its multi-lane entry curbs queues and adds to concurrent liaison. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable; dropping off a car is pretty easy or you can wait in the reasonably sized cozy lounge with TV and probably the biggest coffee machine I've ever seen.I've been there three times now and am happy to say my concerns from last year have now been rectified. All the staff are friendly; car was ready on time. The lead engineer tech chappy was very helpful and explained everything that was to be done; was done and explained some other things I had questions about very well.Honda is the best! This Service Centre particularly so. Treat your car by going there today.

We purchased a car from them a while ago. When we get our rego letter, it doesn't say what make and model it is so we called burswood honda up and asked them to put it in but they said that we have to take the car in for them to do a vehicle inspection to verify the make and model and will cost us $166. What in the world?? They are at fault here. We bought the car brand new, they should've entered all the details in properly!! So they shouldn't be charging us to have the vehicle inspected just to 'verify' it...great customer service, always about money. Poor quality service, can't even enter basic car information into the system.
